Horrible company the guy Jeff came to my house to fix a leak for a faucet and fix the leak and didn't screw the faucet on tight now my faucet is completely loose and you can view the pipe that behind the faucet when I called less than 24 hours back about the issue he attempted to argue that it was like that and he will come to fix it I called several days throughout the week to see when he will come back out to fix the issue he kept giving me the run around and never came to fix the issue I had to pay another plumber to come out the fix issue. Due to Jeff over charged me for the issue is insane I will never recommend this company to anyone once they get they money they say screw you and they don't care they don't value their customer at all. Horrible I will stay away!

They do any amazing job. They are very meticulous and knowledgeable. When they were finished with my bathroom it looked like I had nothing done.. they are impeccably neat.

Water heater broke around 2:00pm this Friday afternoon. Got a callback within 10 minutes. Had a plumber at my house within 30 minutes. New water heater was delivered and installed by 4:00 pm. Techs cleaned up well and were very respectable. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome. Perfect.

We've used Mr. Metzger's services several times in the past, but can't help but feel overcharged for $165 after a call that took 10 minutes max with no parts needed. After inquiring about the breakdown, we were informed his hourly rate is now exactly that (not quite 2x when last visited), which certainly gives us pause to using his services again.

I can't recommend --or thank-- Metzger Plumbing enough. Rob returns your call promptly, shows up as scheduled, and does a great job for a fair price. My experience with Metzger was in direct contrast to a dreadful experience I had with his ""competitor"" just months ago. Save yourself a major headache and just call Metzger.

Terrible service at very high prices. Rob Metzger talks a good game, but that's all his company does well. He never lowers himself to actually touching a pipe, and so his employees that do, do what-ever half-@ssed job their obvious lack of training enables them to perform. Was forced to hire a second plumber to undo the mistakes his crew made and then finally install the plumbing and fixtures the job I originally hired Metzger to do.

Robert literally kept me on the phone for 15 minutes talking trash about other Philly plumbers and Roto-Rooter. THEN NEVER SHOWED UP OR RETURNED A CALL.

- [ ] Would not recommend. My water pressure was low and that was the nature of my service request call. He sent a plumber out who didn't fix the issue and created a new one. My pipes were left loose after he took my fixture off and put it back on. My home is new and recently inspected and nothing was wrong with the pipes until the plumber came and touch them. I tried calling the office to complain and Robert yelled at me and he said the plumber wasn't coming back out to fix the new issue he created and hung up on me. I called back many times and left one vm and sent a few emails. He claims he is sending me a bill for a job that was never completed. Instead a new issue was created by the inexperienced plumber he sent to do the job. I now have hired another plumber who advised me the plumber messed up my pipe holder and thats why they're loose of of a sudden. I will be sending them the new bill from the new plumber.
