Have used them twice now. (Josh and Seth, respectively) Both experiences were fantastic. The communication from the office is fast, comprehensive and convenient. They make it easy to schedule and confirm. I love that they send you a profile of who is coming out. Seems to be a well oiled machine with great staff.

Both times the work the guys did was thorough and fast! Very accurate estimates, the work was completed exactly as promised. Snaked my tub drain, installed an exterior hose/spigot, installed a vanity sink and tub fixtures. Seth and his guy (apprentice? Journeyman?) were perfectly on time and super friendly. We love someone who is kind to our pets! Josh was also spot on with timing, was friendly, and he did such a good job with the bathroom. I do not have a great frame of reference for cost, so they could be pricey or affordable for all I know, but I would pay them whatever just because I feel like I can trust them and they always come out so quickly when we need. I have always felt like I got great service and quality work for the price.

I would absolutely recommend this company. Will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

We always use Meticulous Plumbing because they are just that--meticulous. This was the second time Seth has helped us. He's great--friendly, professional, and explains things well AND he cleaned up the mess the toilet leak had left on the tile floor. That was a nice surprise!
The office communicates well so everything, scheduling and the actual time of the plumber's arrival go smoothly.
I can't recommend this company, these people, highly enough.

I have used Meticulous Plumbing for years, but have not needed them for awhile. They have always been GREAT, and this time was no different. Their customer service is outstanding. They always are helpful, communicative, and reliable, and their work is faultless. They never leave a mess, and everything is fixed when they are done - and I've never have had to call them back for anything they've done. The get it right the first time.

This is the second time I've worked with Meticulous Plumbing in 11 years. Years ago, Leo assessed an awkward plumbing issue for me and came up with the most reasonable option (both price and timing) that didn't include a jackhammer in 1/3 of my house. This month's inquiry was a more benign water spigot replacement/repair. They had all of my info in the system, which made scheduling very easy. Scheduling was just 2 weeks from my call, partly due to my own schedule, which given the current trades scheduling seemed like lightening speed! I also know that if a time opened up sooner, they would be in touch.

Today, appointment day, they called to confirm if arriving early would be okay. Their technology of sending a bio of the technician (so I know who I'm lettting in) and. the truck tracking helped me coordinate with work.

Josh arrived right on time and was super friendly/knowledgeable. He looked at all my plumbing questions and talked candidly about costs and expectations. Josh was UP FRONT about any possible issues or overages so I could make an informed decision. He was able to set my expectations for this project and entertained my other questions which, as an over-planner, I can now plan accordingly in the coming years for some of the major ticket items.

We stuck with the original project for today AND he was able to do the work all in the same day (PS, it was nearly 100 today and he willingly went into my crawlspace -- champ!). Josh didn't need much from me so I was able to continue my work. When the work was done, he gave me a general report of the status of my crawlspace (no concerns, yay!). When everything was said and done, I received a prompt email summary WITH photos and the invoice.

There are times you shop around, and there are times you rely on a trusted relationship. I've recommended Meticulous Plumbing several times over the years and will continue to do so.

Meticulous Plumbing was just as their named, meticulous. The plumber who came, Seth, did a great job explaining what needed to be done to repair our shower drain, prepared a bid, and set to work. He had everything he needed in his truck. The repair was done quickly and cleanly, no mess, no fuss. Our shower drain had been a cobbled together solution from 25 years ago, complete with hose clamps and a rubber sleeve. Now the drain is completely modernized and has a 2-year warranty. I sincerely doubt that warranty will get any use.

I requested a ballpark estimate to change my dishwasher hookup from the cold water valve to the hot water valve. They wouldn't provide it without coming to see it. So, $89 to come and estimate the job. They estimated $445 to fix it. I ask for a different fix that cost less but they wouldn't do it. Said they can't guarantee it. I paid the $89 and sent them away. I didn't want to do it myself but $445 was a ripoff.
I went to home depot and talked to the plumber guy there and he sold me a cap and a tee for $9.15. It took me about 15 minutes to unhook the cold, cap it, and install the tee on the hot water and connect the dishwasher supply line. So I waited 2 weeks for the appointment and then they wouldn't work with me for a more cost effective solution. No bueno!! Yes, I know all plumbers insist on putting on new valves, but $445 for a new valve under my kitchen sink???
I do not reccomend these guys.

Unbelievable communication, ease of scheduling. The technician, Seth, was a total pro and also communicated better than any service person that has ever done work at my home here in Bethany over the last 30yrs. I couldn't be more pleased. Looking forward to the next project with them in early June!!

I needed Leo and his crew to re-locate a kitchen waste drain pipe that sat too high on the wall. Joey did an excellent and beautiful job of cutting into the lathe and plaster. Then he surgically removed a section of the old cast iron drain pipe and re-plumbed it correctly further down to code. Perfect professional work!

They are the only plumbing company I've ever used or will ever use.

These are the best plumbers we have ever had by far. They arrive on time, do high quality work, and have shown us how to do some things ourselves and also ways we can save money. They have been unfailing polite, professional and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Josh did a super job installing a challenging TotoToilet Washlet. The American Standard toilet fixture (4 years old) was not-so-standard. He persevered and made the adjustments needed. Great work - Great company. Tamara, their customer service phone coordinator was stellar too. This is the second job we've had done by Meticulous plumbers ... and they are all indeed - METICULOUS! Thank you.
