This team did a small job at my house a few years back, and my 85 year old mom needed a plumber. I didn't hesitate to call Meticulous. They, like all trades, are pretty booked out, but the scheduler was open and honest about their availability. In the next weeks, weather kept pushing the date back. Again, open and honest. Joey finally arrived and my Mom couldn't say enough good things about him. Kind, considerate, prompt, and respectful. Love these peeps!!

I reached out to Meticulous plumbing and initially received a availability date out several weeks. Because the work was minor (replace kitchen faucet), they advised there was a possibility of pulling that availability in. They were able to come out 2 days after initial contact! Joe arrived quickly with an apprentice. They were able to assess the job, provide an price, and complete the work in an hour. They were both professional, pleasant, and they left the work area clean. Top notch! I highly recommend Meticulous Plumbing.

Meticulous, I don't think so. This is just another company that thinks they can take advantage of people. I asked for a plumber who could change the valve cartridge on a shower. Instead he wrote an estimate to completely replace the valve and body to the tune of over $1550, because he could not see a brand name on the outside of the valve. When I asked if he had removed the valve cover to look at the cartridge he said no but he could write an estimate to do that. That was after the company charged $89 for a service fee to get the plumber there. It would have taken 5 minutes to take the cover off, instead they highball the estimate and it did not even include patching the plaster that they cut to access the valve, which would have been another $500. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

People hire a professional, whether a plumber or any other trade, thinking that they have the skill and training to do a proper diagnosis on an issue. What your plumber did was like an auto mechanic wanting to put a new engine in a car because of a minor oil leak. I sent a picture of the outside of the shower faucet, not disassembled, to Pfister's tech email. They came back and not only identified the faucet but sent the original installation guide and were able to tell me what cartridge to replace it with. $24 on Amazon plus installation vs the $1550 quote from you. In my opinion your actions were NOT professional. And by the way you advertise on your website as a ""woman owned company"". This could be technically correct but the only reason to make this statement is to draw in customers who may not want to deal with a rude male. When I asked to speak with the owner I expected to receive a call from the woman who owned the company. Instead I received a rude email from a rude male.

As an update to this review I purchased the cartridge from Amazon and had my 32 year old daughter, who is not really familiar with plumbing (but wants to learn) install the cartridge while I supervised over facetime. It took about 15 minutes. $24 bucks vs $1550, wow!

I called them to check a couple of issues with my sewer pump and crawl space pump. They checked the sewer pump to be good. The crawl space pump had seized and needed replacement. They worked with me on options and provided me with accurate estimates. Came on time on the agreed appointment. Seth and his team kept me informed of arrival and updates me of the work as it progresses. They were very pleasant to work with. He kept the place clean and finished the work as estimated. This was the smoothest contractor job I've experienced. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing work.

I picked Meticulous Plumbing because of recent online reviews. For two jobs, Seth gave an accurate estimate on the work to be done and the time to do it. He was professional, courteous, experienced, and easy to work with. I did not call around for other estimates, so cannot say how their pricing compares to other plumbing companies, but I'm happy with the considerable work that Seth did.

Have used them twice now. (Josh and Seth, respectively) Both experiences were fantastic. The communication from the office is fast, comprehensive and convenient. They make it easy to schedule and confirm. I love that they send you a profile of who is coming out. Seems to be a well oiled machine with great staff.

Both times the work the guys did was thorough and fast! Very accurate estimates, the work was completed exactly as promised. Snaked my tub drain, installed an exterior hose/spigot, installed a vanity sink and tub fixtures. Seth and his guy (apprentice? Journeyman?) were perfectly on time and super friendly. We love someone who is kind to our pets! Josh was also spot on with timing, was friendly, and he did such a good job with the bathroom. I do not have a great frame of reference for cost, so they could be pricey or affordable for all I know, but I would pay them whatever just because I feel like I can trust them and they always come out so quickly when we need. I have always felt like I got great service and quality work for the price.

I would absolutely recommend this company. Will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

We always use Meticulous Plumbing because they are just that--meticulous. This was the second time Seth has helped us. He's great--friendly, professional, and explains things well AND he cleaned up the mess the toilet leak had left on the tile floor. That was a nice surprise!
The office communicates well so everything, scheduling and the actual time of the plumber's arrival go smoothly.
I can't recommend this company, these people, highly enough.

I have used Meticulous Plumbing for years, but have not needed them for awhile. They have always been GREAT, and this time was no different. Their customer service is outstanding. They always are helpful, communicative, and reliable, and their work is faultless. They never leave a mess, and everything is fixed when they are done - and I've never have had to call them back for anything they've done. The get it right the first time.

This is the second time I've worked with Meticulous Plumbing in 11 years. Years ago, Leo assessed an awkward plumbing issue for me and came up with the most reasonable option (both price and timing) that didn't include a jackhammer in 1/3 of my house. This month's inquiry was a more benign water spigot replacement/repair. They had all of my info in the system, which made scheduling very easy. Scheduling was just 2 weeks from my call, partly due to my own schedule, which given the current trades scheduling seemed like lightening speed! I also know that if a time opened up sooner, they would be in touch.

Today, appointment day, they called to confirm if arriving early would be okay. Their technology of sending a bio of the technician (so I know who I'm lettting in) and. the truck tracking helped me coordinate with work.

Josh arrived right on time and was super friendly/knowledgeable. He looked at all my plumbing questions and talked candidly about costs and expectations. Josh was UP FRONT about any possible issues or overages so I could make an informed decision. He was able to set my expectations for this project and entertained my other questions which, as an over-planner, I can now plan accordingly in the coming years for some of the major ticket items.

We stuck with the original project for today AND he was able to do the work all in the same day (PS, it was nearly 100 today and he willingly went into my crawlspace -- champ!). Josh didn't need much from me so I was able to continue my work. When the work was done, he gave me a general report of the status of my crawlspace (no concerns, yay!). When everything was said and done, I received a prompt email summary WITH photos and the invoice.

There are times you shop around, and there are times you rely on a trusted relationship. I've recommended Meticulous Plumbing several times over the years and will continue to do so.
