This is the second time I have used Meticulous plumbing (they replaced a toilet and removed dishwasher). They are coming back to replace my hot water heater soon. They have excellent customer service, replying to questions ASAP. They provide quality work at good pricing. I like that they send a bio of the person coming out and a photo. Seth was on time, was professional and pleasant. He quickly got the work completed correctly and made sure everything done was understood by me and answered all questions.

Seth came out to snake our toilet that had clogged up. Their voice mail message warns that they are very booked with appointments. However, I left a message on Friday night and Seth came out on Monday morning. It was quick. He is very professional and he's pleasant to deal with. He did a good job and everything is fine now. He also adjusted the handle/chain/float so that it works better. It cost $400 but my experience with other plumbers is that this price is pretty normal.

Meticulous Plumbing saved the day. I was blown away by the company's responsiveness and exceptional customer service. When you have a main line water breech and you have no water: Its never good. Seth and Alan showed up precisely on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, were very professional....and even repaired the pipe the same day. I was facing a 20 day work trip and was scared it wasn't going to be repaired in time...but Meticulous made it happen. I'm so thankful for their work! They will definitely be my first call if I ever need a plumber again (but hopefully not soon!). Thanks Seth, Alan and the folks at Meticulous!

I needed to address an issue with our existing toilets not working very well and accumulating material in the tank and found Meticulous Plumbing as an A+ rated accredited business on the Better Business Bureau site. Seth arrived and we discussed options and my interest in Toto brand toilets and ultimately arranged to just replace two toilets and scheduled the work. I have to admit I was apprehensive about replacing the toilets and as it turned out I was extremely satisfied with how quickly and professionally Seth completed the work and the new toilets. Even with a different footprint from the previous toilet that did show some light imprints was cleaned quite nicely. I would plan to use Meticulous Plumbing again.

The work was just fine. However, since I haven't had any need for repairs for a few years, I found the cost was very surprising.More than double what a similar repair cost 3-4 years ago. I would have given five stars had it not been for the exorbitant cost. Ah well, that's the world we're living in now.

Had a shower valve changed today. Was told it would take two hours - took half an hour. The valve on ebay cost $15.99. And that was for a ""Made in Mexico"" unit, the American made was $20.00 The total charge today was $452.15 after they credited us a $50.00 dispatch fee, which I had to remind them to do. Had two other jobs for them to do later but, that will not happen. Way over priced.
