The owner seemed nice enough-of course when the owner of a company is involved...then, clearly there's been a bad experience. I had an appointment today for 8am-11am. Scheduling the appointment was easy enough-the problem started when I actually had the expectation they would give me updates or statuses on the day of the appointment. I had to email them at 10:32am to ask if I was even on the schedule today. They immediately called me-to inform me that yes, I was....but MY technician was running 20 minutes later-so, they woud be here around 11:20. I said this would be ok...I had electricians here-so, 20 mintues was no big deal. (at the time). At 11:45am-I recieved a phone call informing me MY technician was running 20 minutes late...and they would be to my home around 12:05. At 12:20, I recieved YET ANOTHER call informing me that my technician was now running 40 minutes late and would be here at 1:00pm. This is TWO HOURS past the latest window of my appointment. I blew a gasket. I cancelled my service because I simply didn't have any more time to wait on these clowns-PLUS if, they had run into a problem-(which I'm sure they would have...I've now read ALL the reviews) I had another appointment away from my home that I needed to make.
The owner called-he had no explanation other explanation that customers had asked the technicians to do other things....to which i replied..."well, could they have scheduled another appointment and NOT left me waiting for two hours?".
The reality is certain things we can get more of...unfortunately time isn't one of them. So, I wasted 5 hours of my precious time on this company. The owner was very apologetic, however, by this time-I'm so disgusted with how they have handled this....I didn't give him the opprotunity to "make it up to me".
So, if you have 5 hours to waste and wait on a plumbing company...you have found your plumber!

Good price, good service and they showed up on time. I picked them after just calling to get an idea of cost to replace my facets for my washer. Every one els wanted to come out and take a look first then come back at a later date and fix it. My time is valuable and they did not waste it.

Expansive than anyone. Do not tell you your real problem is. Why is your toilet is leaking. Only want you to get their thousands dollar toilet. When your toilet is leaking again, then blame the builder's problem and wanted to charge more to fix it. If you have choices, get real plumber.

Fast service. Called them this morning and they were in my house in about an hour. John looked clean and professional. He put on his work socks as he stepped in my house. He immediately diagnose the problem and fixed it. Service fee was $49. Thank you!

MET Plumbing was a lifesaver. We had a water heater issue. Caleb and his coworker (sorry didn't catch his name) came out and diagnosed the problem and replaced the water heater in a timely manner. They were very personable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend MET Plumbing to anyone!

I have been a client for almost 3 years now. But I will no longer be giving this company my business.
Recently, I requested their services. A technician showed up and gave me a diagnostic without removing the panel from the tub - he simply was able to tell me what the problem was based on his, as he stated, "23-years of experience". The quote he gave was $450 and on top of that charged a $49 fee for coming to the site and sharing his "expertise".
I obviously called another company to get a second opinion. The technician removed the panel and quickly determined that the builder forgot to turn on the valve underneath the tub before sealing the panel. This tech only charged $120 for the time spent removing and replacing the panel.
Needless to say, 23-years of experience wasn't going to fix the problem. After calling MET Plumbing to inform of my situation, they simply gave me an "I'm sorry." So bye, bye MET Plumbing. Spare yourselves and use another service.

This company is a total rip off. They charge double what a normal plumber would charge, and they don't give free estimate or give out prices over the phone. Total scam, avoid , unless you have more money than brains. Called normal plumber after these scammers left and got job done for less than 1/2 their bloated price.

Not at all satisfied. Sending in formal complaint of price gouging to the plumbing board. Had a leak under the kitchen sink. First they said it was the hoses and paid them 350 dollars for that. Then a week later, we still had the same leak. This time they said we would have to use one of the faucets they sell for 800 plus installation of another 200. By the time this is all said and done we are in the hole 12 to 1400 dollars for a simple faucet. He went to Lowe's, picked out a really nice faucet for 200 and had a local gentleman from our Church install for much less than they charge. Don't ever use these people! You will regret it I promise.

I read such wonderful reviews about this place but was very disappointed with them. They were suppose to call 30 minutes before arriving. They didn't.
I needed a valve replaced in my shower Handel and the wanted $300 for that.
Wanted to replace the shower converter that take water from tub to shower head. They wanted $200 for that.
I needed to get my toilet to stop fill the back of tank with water. $300.
That was to ridiculously over priced for that stuff.

The good: they answer the phone at 4pm on a Saturday and send a crew out quickly, even on a holiday weekend. The crew was very nice and handled our frustrations well. They offered to do the repair the same night or the next morning, whichever was our preference.
The bad: The water heater they (same company but different crew) put in 3 years ago didn't last and they didn't want to repair it.
They put a water heater in for me 3 years ago for $1200 (some of that was bringing the lines up to code). That water heater broke after just 3 years and while the part was under warranty, the labor would be $500 to fix it, which their crew wouldn't even do. I was told that they only put the particular water heater I had in for a short time before they stopped using it because they knew about the problems. I understand that sometimes parts fail, but the plumber made it sound like this things fails all the time. (Or perhaps I heard it that way in my frustrated state.) Some sort of damage control would have been nice - and I'm sure glad it wasn't in my attic.
But what was I going to do on a Saturday on a long weekend? I had them put in a new water heater (different brand, a Rheem) for another $1200. Supposedly that was a discount, but since it was a straight replacement with no plumbing upgrades needed, it sure doesn't sound like it. I'm wishing I'd called around to get some quotes.
Regarding the work itself on the new water heater, the crew was timely, polite, and got the work done very quickly. Again, all on a holiday weekend.
