I always enjoy calling MET plumbing because i know i can expect great customer service. They are always on time and do a great and very clean job. They never push you to do more work than needed so I know I can trust them. Byron came today and was so friendly, courteous, and honest. He remembered me even though it was a couple of years since we needed service.

I've scheduled appointment with Met Plumbing and was told upfront only about travel fee of $49. When they came to my house they said in order to do visual inspection I have to pay additional $189, it wasn't disclose upfront over the phone when I've scheduled an inspection. Very dishonest! It was waste of my time and money!

We've been using Met Plumbing's services since last year to fix our tankless water heater and to install water softener and Byron is the technician that has come every time. The communication from the office has not been the best but we love Byron. He always is on time, very polite, very pleasant and careful about keeping things clean as he works (always putting shoe covers on when coming in to our house.....I appreciate that). Byron was also very knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem and quickly worked to fix it with a smile on his face. It's never fun to have things breaks but Byron helps to make it tolerable for us.

Total rip off. I understand making a profit I work in the jewelry business but wow!!! $400 for putting a little rubber on. Got this done at $100 from Aaron's plumbing with warranty. Go somewhere else please.

We called MET Plumbing to come and install 3 faucets. 2 out of the 3 faucets were leaking after they left. We called them back a second time to fix and when they left, 1 of the faucets was still leaking. We called them back a third time and they said they tightened the pipes and it should be fine. The faucet was still leaking. We called them back a fourth time and they said they could not fix it and the employee that originally put them in was no longer with the company. They wanted to charge us an additional $375 to reinstall a new faucet that they had already installed. If you want the job done right the first time and without additional charges for their mistakes, I would use another company. Don't make the same mistake we did!

Scheduled for a plumber, came home early from work. Plumber didn't show up, then office called said plumber was busy and wanted me to reschedule. If your time is valuable, please don't make the same mistake I did. Find a trust-able one somewhere.

The owner seemed nice enough-of course when the owner of a company is involved...then, clearly there's been a bad experience. I had an appointment today for 8am-11am. Scheduling the appointment was easy enough-the problem started when I actually had the expectation they would give me updates or statuses on the day of the appointment. I had to email them at 10:32am to ask if I was even on the schedule today. They immediately called me-to inform me that yes, I was....but MY technician was running 20 minutes later-so, they woud be here around 11:20. I said this would be ok...I had electricians here-so, 20 mintues was no big deal. (at the time). At 11:45am-I recieved a phone call informing me MY technician was running 20 minutes late...and they would be to my home around 12:05. At 12:20, I recieved YET ANOTHER call informing me that my technician was now running 40 minutes late and would be here at 1:00pm. This is TWO HOURS past the latest window of my appointment. I blew a gasket. I cancelled my service because I simply didn't have any more time to wait on these clowns-PLUS if, they had run into a problem-(which I'm sure they would have...I've now read ALL the reviews) I had another appointment away from my home that I needed to make.

The owner called-he had no explanation other explanation that customers had asked the technicians to do other things....to which i replied..."well, could they have scheduled another appointment and NOT left me waiting for two hours?".

The reality is certain things we can get more of...unfortunately time isn't one of them. So, I wasted 5 hours of my precious time on this company. The owner was very apologetic, however, by this time-I'm so disgusted with how they have handled this....I didn't give him the opprotunity to "make it up to me".

So, if you have 5 hours to waste and wait on a plumbing company...you have found your plumber!

Good price, good service and they showed up on time. I picked them after just calling to get an idea of cost to replace my facets for my washer. Every one els wanted to come out and take a look first then come back at a later date and fix it. My time is valuable and they did not waste it.

Expansive than anyone. Do not tell you your real problem is. Why is your toilet is leaking. Only want you to get their thousands dollar toilet. When your toilet is leaking again, then blame the builder's problem and wanted to charge more to fix it. If you have choices, get real plumber.
