As I purchased a 1955 home, the home inspector had assessed that the original cast iron sewer pipes were leaking and needed replacement. I obtained 5 bids ranging from small to large companies and decided on MET Plumbing. Their quote was mid-range; however, the determining factors were the full 10-year warranty on parts and labor, office-field communication, and professionalism. I am very pleased with the quality of work and customer experience. Byron, the master plumber, was detailed in explaining the project to a layperson, communicating clearly with me on a daily basis, meticulous in the work, and going above and beyond what he was engaged to do. I had a concern over the weekend, and when I called the office, Byron personally returned my call even though he was on vacation. Eric, the apprentice, was equally earnest in his work. I highly recommend this team based on their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to excellence.

the negative reviews on this company are accurate. I simply needed a clog to be cleared near my washing machine which was spilling water all over my walls and floor. they showed up and said they could not fully clear the clog and I needed to invest in a 700 dollar service they offer to fully clear it. I opted to see how long until it clogs again, and it was clogged again by the next morning. they did not appear to fix anything, charged me over $300, and stated I would need to invest more for it to be fixed. I cannot even trust that they even knew what the actual issue was.

They were on time, honest and reasonably priced. Paul Ramirez was personable and worked diligently. I appreciated getting 3 options and no pressure to pick the most expensive. I also like there is no you should become a member (pay) to get something reasonably priced. Will use them again!

If you have any plumbing needs at home. Do not call anyone, just call MET Plumbing. Forget calling Eric Pluming, Toni Plumbing or any other plumbing company around. Trust me on this one. I had a toilet leak and from the first call with Briana to actual work completed by Matt and Eric, I was just blown away with the professionalism they all bring to plumbing. You do not find it many places these days. Their charges are reasonable, their attention to details outstanding (my wife is happy that they did not dirty our new carpet, they actually used shoe covers). Go for it and you will be glad you met MET Plumbing.

Last week I arrived home at 3pm on a Thursday to find the water line from my meter to be leaking water on to the street. Called the MUD district to come out and was informed after they came out that the repair needed was my responsibility because the break was on my side of the meter. Called a couple of plumbers after checking the ratings here, and the first to actually answer was MET Plumbing. They said they could come right out if I paid the extra fee for after hours work. It was about 4pm by then. They came out after calling me as promised about 30 minutes before they arrived. They did the estimate and I accepted. Work was completed and I remembered a couple of faucets that needed cartridges put in (Moen) because they would not work properly anymore. I am glad I did not try to do this myself because when these cartridges get old, they are VERY difficult to remove. At 64 years old my muscles are not as good as they used to be. Anyway the job was completed properly, cleanly, and satisfactorily. I would recommend them to anyone and Don (plumber) did a good job, along with his assistant.

Fast, friendly and knowledge staff. Paul R came out for a service call in a timely manner and fixed, more so upgraded out our outdoor plumbing for our sprinkler system. He walked us through how to maintain the system properly and hot to prevent breaks from freezing. A+ all the way around. Thanks Paul!

I always enjoy calling MET plumbing because i know i can expect great customer service. They are always on time and do a great and very clean job. They never push you to do more work than needed so I know I can trust them. Byron came today and was so friendly, courteous, and honest. He remembered me even though it was a couple of years since we needed service.

I've scheduled appointment with Met Plumbing and was told upfront only about travel fee of $49. When they came to my house they said in order to do visual inspection I have to pay additional $189, it wasn't disclose upfront over the phone when I've scheduled an inspection. Very dishonest! It was waste of my time and money!

We've been using Met Plumbing's services since last year to fix our tankless water heater and to install water softener and Byron is the technician that has come every time. The communication from the office has not been the best but we love Byron. He always is on time, very polite, very pleasant and careful about keeping things clean as he works (always putting shoe covers on when coming in to our house.....I appreciate that). Byron was also very knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem and quickly worked to fix it with a smile on his face. It's never fun to have things breaks but Byron helps to make it tolerable for us.
