They never push you to do more work than needed so I know I can trust them. Byron came today and was so friendly, courteous, and honest. He remembered me even though it was a couple of years since we needed service.

We've been using Met Plumbing's services since last year to fix our tankless water heater and to install water softener and Byron is the technician that has come every time. The communication from the office has not been the best but we love Byron. He always is on time, very polite, very pleasant and careful about keeping things clean as he works (always putting shoe covers on when coming in to our house.....I appreciate that). Byron was also very knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem and quickly worked to fix it with a smile on his face. It's never fun to have things breaks but Byron helps to make it tolerable for us.

Ryan from Met Plumbing came out on a Sunday. We had a leak that I tried fixing only to make it worse. He was able to come same day and was very flexible with our schedule. It's a holiday weekend and a Sunday so the price I felt was fair. These services always cost money. He went over a few other tips for plumbing that relate to owning a home in Texas (which is new to us). So yes I am a satisfied customer.

Beware of extreme over charges. I was told I was getting a Moen faucet for our kitchen at a certain price. After installation, the tech took the box that included model number and model with him. I had to track it down because I needed it for warranty info for Moen. Took 2 days to get that info. Once I did I was able to verify that I got a faucet that was $600 less than one he quoted me so I was lied to. I have tried to call multiple times and email to get a refund/credit for the extreme overcharge and discuss the situation. I did not get what I paid for. I spoke with a supervisor who was going to get back to me and has still not res At this point, no one seems to care that I was overcharged $600. I will not be using them again or recommending them.

Fast service. Called them this morning and they were in my house in about an hour. John looked clean and professional. He put on his work socks as he stepped in my house. He immediately diagnose the problem and fixed it. Service fee was $49. Thank you!

Do not use this company. They have yet to solve a leaking pipe issue that started early Dec 2020, but have sent 6 techs out. It went from clearing a clogged drain to purchasing a new toilet but the issue still isn't resolved. Now we were told the piping is angled incorrectly and all of it will have to be redone but the cause of the leak is still unclear. We've had the house since 2015 and haven't had major issues until we called MET. They're good at creating more issues to fix vs actually fixing the issue, and charging a lot of money along the way, and the owner isn't bothered by this unethical practice. You have to ask for a specific type of plumber otherwise they'll send a tech that isn't qualified to do the work, charge you, and then have to schedule the right tech and get charged again.
They don't honor their warranty on work done either.
You'll save a lot of time and money going elsewhere!

As I purchased a 1955 home, the home inspector had assessed that the original cast iron sewer pipes were leaking and needed replacement. I obtained 5 bids ranging from small to large companies and decided on MET Plumbing. Their quote was mid-range; however, the determining factors were the full 10-year warranty on parts and labor, office-field communication, and professionalism. I am very pleased with the quality of work and customer experience. Byron, the master plumber, was detailed in explaining the project to a layperson, communicating clearly with me on a daily basis, meticulous in the work, and going above and beyond what he was engaged to do. I had a concern over the weekend, and when I called the office, Byron personally returned my call even though he was on vacation. Eric, the apprentice, was equally earnest in his work. I highly recommend this team based on their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to excellence.

MET plumbing came out this week and serviced my heat/ac system. Eric was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, informative, and got the job done quickly. Work quality was very good, and the parts are correct. The office kept me informed ahead of time when to expect Eric's arrival, and if there were any delays.Overall a great experience. I will definitely call them again.
