Merit Plumbing, focuses on home plumbing services. Our range of services includes plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, water filtration setup, well maintenance, and installing and repairing water heaters.

Our company offers upfront pricing and all our repairs and installations come with a one-year warranty on parts and labor.

We started our journey in June 2021, our mission is to deliver outstanding and convenient customer service.

We have a strong commitment to the plumbing profession and customer satisfaction. We set out to improve the plumbing industry. We work to push the plumbing field ahead by utilizing modern solutions that improve a smoother experience for both our customers and employees. We offer electronic invoices, convenient scheduling via phone, text, and online booking.

We are also excited about mentoring future plumbers and encouraging young individuals to pursue careers in the trades.

We hold the belief at Merit Plumbing that everyone deserves clean water. Our goal is to contribute 5% of our earnings to causes such as the Navajo Water Project. We invite you to join us in supporting the Navajo Water Project.

JJ arrived in Florida from Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 2004. He came to work with a Canadian company on a project for the relining of municipal sewer systems in Sarasota County. The company quickly opened a division in Florida. JJ played a crucial role in the Florida operations and stayed in that role until 2012.

After starting a family, JJ realized that being away from home for extended periods due to work was not ideal. He left the lining company and began working for a residential service plumber in Sarasota. He quickly enrolled in a four-year plumbing apprenticeship and completed it. Once he finished his apprenticeship, he prepared for and received his master plumber license.

In 2021, he established Merit Plumbing with the vision of ensuring top-notch and convenient service for customers.
