I do not know how their work is but we called them for an estimate (they charge $30 for it). They guy came and gave a absurd quote of more than mid to high 3 digits to fix a couple of leak. About 5 minutes after he left (the guy was at my house for less than 10 minutes to give this absolute absurd quote) the owner called me and sweet talked that he likes to do work in Grand lakes and could get the job done for $50 less and when I asked for a written quote he snickered and laughed as if I had asked for something absurd
Long story short ... the parts cost less than $75 and the labour was less than $100 and both the shower and the sink work perfect.... cost me less than 25% of the original quote .... never will use these overpriced not wanting to be professionals.
Make sure you shop around before calling them...yes this is a capitalist society and yes businesses make profit but charging 3-4 times more than market is what Mercy plumbing does... so shop around

John came out to our house the day we called him. He did everything we asked of him and more. He was up-front, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. I know, from other quotes, that he could have charged MUCH more than he did. We appreciate the fair price very much. He worked on our gas line, and made our family feel very safe while he was doing the work. He threw in a few extra repairs for a very discounted rate, also. He also provides a warranty on his work - which is great. They also cleaned up after themselves! We would recommend him without hesitation. We have had a very hard time with plumbing companies in the past, and this was such a different experience. We appreciate it. Thanks, John.

Did the job well and quickly. They can come out on weekends with a emergency fee (I think it's about $160?). But their service is very expensive. I forgot the exact numbers, but approximately fixing clogged kitchen sink is like ~500ish and repairing a shower head is like ~300ish.

I can't believe how rude the man that answer was. He did not even let me finish what I had to say. What kind of business is this. I just wanted basic information about water filter installations and he cut me off so quick. You need better customer service. So RUDE! How can you be in business.

I called these guys after hours with two clogged toilets that weren't responding to the plunger. They were at my house in about an hour and not only did they snake both toilets, but they fixed a water pressure issue I was having and adjusted the tank in one of my toilets for no extra charge. Gave the kids fidget spinners and made their day too at all at a reasonable price.

I'm a relatively new homeowner, so I didn't know how to shut the water off to the house easily (it was a lever or a crank right outside the house that doesn't require too much force). So, when the water valve under my sink broke (it was cheap and wore out, apparently), hot water was spewing under my sink for a good 10 minutes. My wife threw all our mats in the cupboard under the sink to suck up the water, while I tried to find how to turn it off. It was crazy. Finally, I turned off the water at the main meter, which was ridiculously difficult. I had to use a hammer. Anyway, called Mercy Plumbing after. John from Mercy Plumbing who's a friendly guy came over pretty quick and identified the leak as a worn out valve that needed replacement and replaced it immediately. The best thing with John from Mercy Plumbing and I bet probably from other plumbers working with him, is that he's upfront with what it would cost (fair pricing) and keeps his word. If you're anxious and you start to think, maybe I should just change every valve in the house, he's honest in saying that's not necessary. John also educated me how to turn the water off quickly next time round and advised me to check for possible mold that might form. I would definitely call Mercy Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.

Nice people. The receptionist, Brianna was very professional and nice.
The plumber was very nice. But, the prices he quoted me were very high.
They didn't solve my problem, but they charged me $112.50 to look at my water heater, that's with a 10% off coupon. The receptionist told me it would be $29.00 to have a plumber come check it out. He wanted $250.00 to install a kitchen faucet and $1800 to install a water heater. I think this company charges the most allowable by law. A lot of service companies are like this. Shop around before you agree to anything. $250 per hour is pretty high, don't you think?

He can do the easy stuff, and it will cost $250, regardless. I had him over to try and diagnose a moisture issue and he could not figure it out. Another plumber did quite quickly and it was a simple fixture leak. He "shoots from the hip". Not a good listener, and somewhat rude. Would not recommend.

Wow what a great service, I can't believe how fast and on time mercy plumbing works.

The owner of mercy plumbing came by my place quickly diagnosed the problem to my shower faucet he was very knowledgeable as well about all of the plumbing issues. Great price fast service, just a wonderful experience with him and mercy plumbing, if I ever need any service from them again you bet they will be the first to call.
