I am very happy to give M&EM plumbing a 5 star review. First of all, It was nice that the plumber that I talked to on the phone was actually the person who came to fix my drain. He is the owner and he actually does the work himself. This is so great! Second, he was super respectful and nice, polite. He worked very hard and got my 60 year old drain pipes to clear. These old pipes are a lot of trouble. Next, he cleaned up everything very well afterward. The price was very reasonable. I like that it I is a small family business, so they really care about keeping a customer satisfied so they can have return business. Excellent Plumber! I will always use M&EM plumbing from now on and recommend them to my friends. Thank you M&EM.

I used M&EM services to repair a PEX plumbing leak. Excellent service, good work, fair price. They are thorough and efficient and are not just ""fixing"" but also trying to understand why the system failed in the first place. that is a commendable attitude. They are responsive, and really care about the customer.

Called on Sunday and Mike answered almost immediately. Explained the situation - leak in bedroom at mom's house. He showed up within the hour and fixed the leak. He also discovered that the pressure regulator wasn't working, which was causing significantly higher than normal pressure in the house, which in turn explained why there had been other leaks recently. He let me know about this, at which point I asked him to repair it. He was able to do this, going to Home Depot for parts, and then back again after opening up the box and discovering someone had swapped it with a used part! All the while he was courteous and professional, and FWIW my mom thought he was a good guy. Electronic invoice was clear. Highly recommended.

We had a leak within our wall that went onto the carpet. Mike answered that day and stopped by that night on his way home. Before he got into he wall, it was clear he had an idea what the issue was. He agreed to come by in the morning and completed the job quickly for a fair price. I even asked if he would fix a lingering issue with one of our toilets and he knocked that out too.

Mike was wearing a shirt with the M&Em logo that had the words ""affordable, reliable, available"" on it. From my interactions with them, each has proved true. Especially when you are calling around to see who will get back to you for a leak that will probably only get worse with time, being available is priceless. M&Em is definitely my go to for plumbing issues as long as I live in Oceanside.

I had used a large plumbing company in the past but they quoted me an enormous amount to fix a small piece in my toilet, wanting to replace a whole unit even though I didn't need all that. I contacted M&EM and they diagnosed that my toilet's issue was much more minor than I was told and fixed it for half the price. Honesty is so important and hard to find these days. I will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs.

Mike came out and gave me a fair estimate for the work to be done. He and Johnny came out the following afternoon and installed a new water heater, expansion tank, drain pan, recirculating pump, new ball valve, new gas and water lines, and installed new angle shut-offs in the master bathroom that were needed for the recirculating pump sensor connection. They were professional and did a great job. I'm having them come back to install the plumbing necessary for a whole house water filter and conditioning system.

I really like this business.

We first met Mike when we moved into our condo. We got everything on our wishlist- from the fixtures in the bathroom, repairing sink leaks, dishwasher repair, hose bib in the backyard, water to our fridge, new water heater.

They knocked it all out in the one visit, and did awesome.

Furthermore, we recently had a slab leak (could hear it under our tiles). Mike came out immediately and minimized our damage.
