Thank God for yelp else I wouldn't have found this jewel of company. I primarily dealt with Mike regarding scheduling. He was able to schedule Diego to come over our home the very next morning which was today. Diego listened to our concerns regarding water draining issues and Toilet leakage. After performing the necessary research, Diego efficiently resolved everything in a matter of couple of hours. He rightly determined that the toilet did not have any issues but just for our peace of mind, he went ahead and replaced the wax. All this time he was in contact with Mike regarding work performed and costs. Having got some plumbing work recently, i was surprised how reasonable were Mike's charges. Mike's company is our go to company for any plumbing issues going forward. Awesome company. 5 *+.

I had a plumber go to my house twice because a faint odor came from the toilet. Whatever he did, it didn't work. Another plumber said I needed a new toilet, which would cost $1,100 for purchase and install. Finally, Mike from M&EM fixed the problem for less than $200.
