I called many plumbers to replace a shower cartridge valve, and many were difficult to get ahold of (call centers, etc.) and gave estimates that were extremely high for the work that was being requested.

Mark Mark Mark! Mark is the man! We unfortunately were notified by the water department that we had a suspected leak, called around to get quotes - decided to schedule a leak detection with M&EM plumbing because our neighbor also had service from them...

We were fortunate enough to get the same master plumber as our neighbor, Mark came out, evaluated, ran tests and isolated the leak problem super quickly! He was honest with what he recommended, he was efficient, he was kind, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and truly a great person! He very clearly loves what he does and he's great at it.

We scheduled for him to come back and replace our filtration tank that was causing the leak; and I'm grateful to say that we no longer have this massive leak that caused our water bill to skyrocket! I highly recommend this company for all plumbing issues, especially Mark! Thank you for everything!!

I highly recommend M&EM Plumbing. We had a leak and flooding between our 2 upstairs bathrooms which ended up with flood management services having to tear out part of the bathroom, so we decided to just remodel the whole bathroom. We posted the job online, and Mike reached out to me quickly and came over to give an estimate. It was a good price for the labor. They got started right away, and they did an amazing job. They're very detail-oriented and make sure to do everything right while also consulting with me to make sure that what they're doing is what I want. They also are straightforward and honest about things which I appreciate. Mike and Johnny are very friendly too, and it was a pleasure having them do the job. Leaks and floods are not fun, and don't get me started on insurance, but having Mike and Johnny help us made a big difference in the whole process. We've already let them know of a few other projects we had in mind (change out sink and vanity downstairs, as well as connect the dishwasher). I'm glad we found M&EM plumbing, and I highly recommend this business.

On a Sunday I had a major leak outside with a connection to the irrigation system resulting in having to turn off the water to the whole house. I called numerous businesses, but Mike was the only one that answered and said he would make it out in the evening. Just like the other reviews he was true to his word and made it happen. This level of customer service is rare and it is like finding a needle in a haystack! Definitely found the plumber for all jobs in the future. Thank you Mike!

In the jungle of shady service providers, I may have just found a gem. Mike and Johnny worked together to solve our water pressure issue at a single shower head in the house. First they tried a cartridge, no luck. Then the conclusion was we needed a new mix valve. They found a suitable replacement, came back the next day and painstakingly replaced it. They even put the drywall piece they had cut out back in the wall and smoothed it over. It was in the garage and looks fine, so I don't have to call a dry walker after the fact.

Here's the difference, I think: they tell you upfront the cost, regardless of time spent, unlike most plumbers who charge by the hour (as they try to figure it out), which can get ridiculously expensive, depending on how good a plumber they are. I highly recommend calling M&EM...at this point, I'm not looking anymore. This is one time when a Yelp referral actually turned out to be as good as their reviews, all of which are five stars for good reason.

Mike called me, gave me a price quote that was 1/2 what others were quoting and made it to my home within 30 minutes. Outstanding.
Fixed the problem, cleaned up and helped me move everything back like lickety-split and was gone within the hour. I really appreciate your professional service and I got you on speed dial.

My pressure relief failed and I was getting 100 PSI off my garden hose and my pipes were squealing. I got a few competitive quotes and M&EM were cheaper by half! The plumber brought the replacement part but the new version was too short so he had to go to Home Depot to get extension pipes. With all the extra labor and parts, he kept the promised quote. That is extreme customer service. Any other contractor would have charged extra for the added time and labor. Highly recommended!
