Francisco is great! We had a shower leak that needed to be fixed ASAP so we could close escrow on our property without delay. He answered right away and was able to give me a quote within minutes after I texted him photos. He came out the next morning and fixed the shower without any issues or surprises.

I can't give this guy enough praise! Francisco is great. He was on time with the time we set to meet. We called and he was there within the hour. Oh, and he gives free estimates within our the area (we're in Rancho Cucamonga). He showed up he was very pleasant to talk too and was patient with all the questions we had. Francisco addressed every concern we had about the leak we thought we had. He told us that it is something we can fix, so he won't have to charge us to fix it himself. Had an issue with the shower valve and was more than willing to take a look and fix it for us, for a great price. He is upfront about his pricing and is willing to negotiate for a great deal. Very honest gentleman with fair pricing and great customer service. I would be more than happy to do business again with Melody Plumbing.

I am taking time to review after our 3rd experience having Francisco from Melody do plumbing repairs at our home. We were impressed after the first time we needed a plumbing repair because my husband needed help with some water filters he was hooking up and decided to call a plumber. He was prompt, completed everything and got us back in working order in no time plus left no mess. Our second project was smaller with a toilet change out but my husband suggested we call him again because he remembered how much easier it was go have him do it and sure enough it was perfect. The last need was a garbage disposal but my husband knew he would do it right so sure enough he did and we are thankful knowing we have someone to call because when anything plumbing related goes wrong you are really put out until it's working again!

5 stars for Melody Plumbing!! My water heater went out on Saturday night 5/25/24, Memorial Day Weekend! I looked on Yelp for a technician and chose Francisco from Melody Plumbing because of the great reviews. I wasn't disappointed and he's 100%. He came out Sunday morning, replaced my water heater and added some additional bonuses. His quality of work is top notch. My wife was impressed how quickly was able to get a new water replaced and all my thanks goes to Francisco.
