Had a great experience working with Francisco from Melody Plumbing. We had bought new toilets and were calling around Labor Day weekend since we needed the flange repaired and were unable to figure out how to do so. We called Melody Plumbing and immediately got a quote over the phone, which other places were unwilling to do and give. Came as promised on time, gave a great price!

We even called Francisco back today to ask for additional help regarding the install and came back as promised, with fair pricing.

After a DIY bathtub faucet repair, water was leaking through the ceiling of our kitchen. We called Francisco to see if he could take a look at it. He answered the phone and came to look at it 1.5 hours later on a Saturday afternoon. He said nothing seemed wrong, it maybe had something to do with our repair procedure. He did make a couple of recommendations. There was no pressure to do work. I support honest businesses and will definitely contact him when I need a plumber in the future.

Francisco is awesome. He has been doing work for me for a few years. Came out yesterday because 1 of my toilets was running and another was making a strange noise. Of course they didn't do it when he was here. Didn't charge me, but today the noises were back and I sent him a video of what was going on and he was here within 30 min. And fixed both toilets at a reasonable price.
