I advise getting a quote in writing before the start of work. Do not pay until you receive a written invoice. Their business practices are shady as hell and the professional plumbing work is questionable. After showing up hours later than promised, the plumber could not get his snake working and said he would come back the next day at 8am. He showed up the next day after 1pm, with no phone call. Calls to the business number were answered with a sleeping-sounding, ""Yeah?"". He seemed to clear our blocked drain on the second try. He asked for a check. We asked for an invoice and were assured it would be sent electronically to our email address. Big mistake! Noticed the leaking under the sink hours later, as well as a leaking reverse osmosis system. We fixed the leaking RO system ourselves. It seems the plumber had damaged the tubing when moving the system around to access the pipes under the sink. He did not use plumbers' tape to put the drain pipes back together, saying it was unnecessary to use on our newer pipes. He came back for a third time and seems to have cleared the drain, but we are waiting to see if it really worked. So far, no leaks. We are concerned that he did not use a clean out access we have outside, but rather tried to clear the drain from inside. They promised a camera scope and hydro jet, but then said the camera was unnecessary. We asked why we had paid for the camera service when it was not done. We put a stop payment on the first check and asked for an invoice in writing. Finally got an invoice weeks later for over $100 more than the original check we wrote. Then they offered a discount off that inflated rate which was still more than the owner quoted over the phone. I emailed back asking for a detailed explanation of the charges. The invoice just says, ""Hydro jetting -Hydro Scrub Low Press 1200psi, 2-hour minimum."" Over $850 for a blocked kitchen drain? Caveat Emptor!

We had a serious problem with the plumbing. We decided to try Mega Rooter, so glad we did. They came within a half hour of the call. The experienced young man they sent was Will, he was awesome, polite, professional and thorough. He exceeded our expectations and worked until the job was complete. The price we paid was fair, the other high price plumbers are ridiculously over priced. Thank you Will for your service, you are an awesome young man!

Louie from Mega Rooter came out today and helped me with my water heater. He was knowledgeable, very helpful, and refreshing friendly so I didn't have to have my arm twisted over pricing and brand names like some other companies. They gave me a lot of useful information that I appreciate to help me make my new water heater last longer, and some good advice to steer clear of potential plumbing hazards down the line. I'm glad I went with Mega Rooter, it was way less stressful than I expected and much quicker too. Thanks guys!

This company is horrible had my main plumbing pipe replaced and they left a old pipes and trash under my house pipes are still leaking tried having them to come back to fix and they don't show up

I never in my life have seen the quality that these people show. They have a $69 coupon on line to use. They showed up when they said they were going to. They snaked my line and found out they could not fix my problem with the snake. That sucked but..... they told me that seeing how they could not fix the situation, there was no charge. No charge?? Dude you were here an hour and you aren't charging me?? They are going into my phone as my new plumbing contact. Thank you Tony. Thank you for being.

I recently worked for Mega Rooter in San Diego as a plumbing technician and was being paid 28% commission. Out of a $29,000 project I only received $961. Project took approximately 3 weeks to complete and had over 120 hours. The owner Luis will not take my calls, reply to my emails, so I am left hiring an attorney. Plumbers if you're looking to make standard commission wages don't accept an offer here.

Their communication is terrible. I called multi times asking when they were coming and each time they never showed up when they said they would nor did anyone call me to let me know. I finally canceled the appointment and called a different company for help.
