Kitchen sink flooded suddenly on a Friday afternoon, called for a plumber and they arrived within an hour and a half! Harold was super helpful and friendly, answered all my 100+ questions haha. The cost was very reasonable and he really went above and beyond to help me fix my sink. Thanks so much!!! Will definitely refer people to you!!

Our toilet was leaking water, and whe thought it was something bad but they didn't rip us off. It was just that a pipe was loose. They tightened it and charged a little bit and left. They even asked for my id just in case. I definitely recommend them.

They were friendly and timely from the start. After being stood up by another plumbing company I glanced at yelp and called Mega Rooter. I called after hours for an emergency call. I had a plugged kitchen sink and it had been that way for a week. I was tired of waiting for an answer back from the other company that no showed. The gal that answered the phone was super nice and helpful. Frank the plumber that showed up was so nice and helpful. He arrived about 30 or 40 minutes after I called at 8 PM at night. He was very honest with me and told me he wasn't sure he could unclog it with what he had with him. After I cried and he patiently listened to how frustrated After being burned by the other company he agreed to try. He got it unclogged. Thank goodness. Frank you rock. Sincerely the lady who has been cooped up in the house with a clogged sink and at her wits end :). Def recommend this company.

This company arrived to check the source of water leak and did a great job, finding it. They worked fast and efficiently.
They also contacted a company to dry the areas affected.
The guy ( forgot his name, among so many others who came in / out of the house ) was very thorough in explaining to me what happened. When i asked him if he will be coming back, he said ""yes"", so I feel bad that he didn't,so I was not able to give him his tip.

Mega Rooter came out within the hour on a Saturday to help us out with a backed up kitchen sink. They were friendly and professional, and also provided us insight into the issue so that we could make an informed decision. What do you do when your sink goes on strike by spitting up water and refusing to drain? If I knew, I wouldn't have had to call Mega Rooter Plumbing! But thank goodness I did. From the beginning, the company was responsive and kept me updated as to where they were. Luis was professional, quick and extremely knowledgeable. He answered our questions clearly and has the kind of experience necessary to easily respond to the kind of residential emergencies that make people like me bonkers. He fixed our sink and advised us about how we would need to respond to the problem the next time around. A great experience from start to finish!

On a Friday, of course, a sink clogged in an apartment affecting 2 other sinks in the building. Other companies we called were more expensive and were not available until Monday. Christina was very nice and professional on the phone, got the particulars and made the appointment for that afternoon. Jason arrived about 4 PM, evaluated which apartment was best to use to accomplish the drain clearing, grabbed his equipment and snaked the drain. In about a half hour, the drain was clear and the kitchen cleaned up. We will definitely use Mega Rooter again if needed; knock on wood.

I highly recommend Mega Rooter. When I initially contacted Mega Rooter they were out within an hour to diagnosis our water leak. It turned out to be a slab leak and they recommended re-routing the plumbing into the attic since we have an older home. Harold and his crew were awesome. They conducted themselves in a professional and efficient manner. Harold always took time to answer any questions that we had and he completed the job within the allotted time frame. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, I will definitely contact Mega Rooter.
