Asked for a quote through Yelp for service. Gave them exact address and nature of what I needed. Got a response from this company offering an appt. today.

When I called to ask about pricing, after being put on hold, I was told that the conmpany did not service my area.

I suggest great care in dealing with these folks. Who offers an appt. for an area they don't serve? Or was it because I asked about pricing before having someone come to do the work?

I want to thank Medley Air Conditioning and plumbing for their excellent service! I originally found Medley Air Conditioning and plumbing on Nextdoor. After reading countless recommendations I decided to give them a call to fix my heating system. I was very happy with the service I received.

We needed a new HVAC complete system. We got 4 bids, Medley was the last and best, both from a pricing and a technical perspective. So thanks to the Tech Salesman, Alan Taylor, he led us through our options and gave us a detailed explanation of each. We selected a TRANE XV20i.

An HVAC system is only as good as the installers, and Medley had the best. We had team lead Jesus, along with Francisco and Jose, do the install. They were excellent, answered all our questions, and went the extra mile to assure that we were completely happy customers.

Well, it happened. The week before the 4th of July the 5 ton AC that handles the downstairs of my house died. 11 year old Goodman with a 10 year warranty went to AC Heaven. Coil and condenser needed to be replaced.

The upstairs AC was working and Medley was taking care of emergency customers with NO AC so it took 5 days for them to make it to my place for the install. If you want to appreciate AC, try not having it for 6 days in Texas.

Everyone from the tech who came out to try and fix the original to the 4 guys who did the install were professional and courteous. Each introduced themselves when they came in and they managed to get the old unit out and the new one in without damaging anything in my house.

They got it installed and working in about 5 hours. When the cold air came on I swear I heard angels sing.

They put a system in at my in-laws house 3 years ago and my house today. Great company and fantastic people.

My A/C stopped cooling all of a sudden. I knew it's time to replace my 20+ years old AC unit. I called and got several diagnosis and estimates from different companies including the assigned company through my Home Warranty Service. Then I found 5 star Medley Heating/AC through Yelp. They dispatched Mason (brother of Medley owner, Texas) next day for their second opinion. Mason was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He did temporary fix so that my place became livable with over 100F heat until my AC unit is replaced.
Texas, owner provided me the estimate with reasonable price for one of the best brand equipment right away. Also they provide many payment options which is very helpful for this unexpected timing, since AC unit replacement is pretty costly! But I thought it's going to be part of my asset, not just expense, so I wanted to buy reliable, good quality unit from trustworthy company, even though another company gave me a little less estimate.
2 business days later, technicians came to install the new AC unit. They were also polite, and explained well about the unit to me. They completed the work without wasting time or damage.
The entire process was very smooth and comfortable. Tiler, financing and all other admin team were also kind and professional. Their operation is very organized and company motto is impressive. That's another reason I chose Medley. I highly recommend this 5 star company! Thank you Medley for giving me back peace :)

this is how medely hvac tech seth left our house. i tried calling and shawn bice laughed and said do t call here again.
do not trust or use this company for anything. its easier and much less expensive to just pick any of the hvac companies here in carrollton. dont make a several thousand dollar mistake by using their services.

Medley came through yet again with flying colors. The AC went out in my elderly mother's home during the brutal Texas heat wave and I was very concerned about her. Having used Medley several years ago, I knew I could trust them to make it a priority to get her AC fixed. Just as they had done before, they did a thorough job to ensure her AC was working properly. With that said, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Joel was the most respectful and honest man!
Upon arrival he noticed that my trash van was at the bottom of the driveway, he proceeded to ask if it would be alright if he brought it up for me. When I said I really appreciate it he brought it up for me with a kind smile on his face!
Being a young female in a home alone with a worker, such as a heating and air guy, is something that usually brings me discomfort. Although NEVER once did I feel uncomfortable with Joel, he was respectful of me and my space. He did a full check on our HVAC system and even brought some crucial information to mine and my landlords attention. He even wore his shoe protectors in the home and vacuumed up his small mess once he was finished. I just can not thank him enough for coming out today and being so personable, respectful, and professional. If you ever need a HONEST and attentive heating and air person, Joel is the man for the job!

Wow these guys are good. Hands down best experience with any A/C company. They put a unit in for my Mother-in-Law and explained everything they were doing step by step and made sure she was well taken care of.

Well as luck would have it I go out of town and our A/C unit goes out with temps of 105. Here comes Medley to the rescue to not only take phenomenal care of my wife but not take advantage of the situation and charge an outstanding price.

You have my and my extended family's business for life. Thank you for being such an honest and well run company. A true partner to the community.
