I woke up on a Sunday to my AC not cooling. I did a quick Google search to see who was open and working on Sundays, and I saw that Rescue Air had good reviews and could be to my house within the next couple of hours. Their guy showed up, told me I needed a whole new system (it is pretty old) and quoted me $8,000 for my 1100 sqft. townhouse.

I had a mild freak out and called my dad. My dad then called a couple of guys, one quoted him $6,500 over the phone and the other guy said he'd come by and check it out when he finished the job he was on. That guy was Texas (Medley). He was over within the hour, and I realized he had helped me with my AC a couple of years ago (his memory is better than mine). He opened it up and immediately found a big hole in the starter. He replaced that for $200 and we were back up and running in no time. He also quoted me $6,000 to replace my AC unit when it's time. Medley will be the only service I call for heating and AC in the future.

Our A/C was on the fritz on Thurs July 2nd at 5pm.... of course! If it's going to happen it's going to be on the afternoon right before a 3 day weekend! (July 3, 2020 is observed for the 4th this year)

Our AC broke down on a Sunday, and I desperately started searching HVAC companies since we are in the thick of a Texas summer. I jumped on the website for Medley and a live chat immediately popped up. I spoke with Ashley at 9pm at night and she was able to schedule and appointment right away for the very next afternoon.
Taylor arrived on time and was extremely thorough, checking all aspects of our air conditioning in the house and the unit outside. He not only fixed the issue and cleaned the filter in our unit as well, but also explained in detail how we could improve our AC maintenance and helped sign us up for a yearly maintenance plan.
We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Texas, Taylor and the entire Medley team are deserving of the highest possible rating. They began our relationship by answering the phone with friendliness, professionalism and respect. They were prompt in their response to my questions and our families needs. Within hours of calling - while not expecting to be seen for another 48hrs minimum - Texas arrived and the impeccable service continued. Texas arrived when it was pouring down rain on a abnormally cold night. He worked quickly to get the heat blowing again, while diagnosing our heat kit had failed. He handled all the warranty paper work and replaced the heat kit as soon as it possible.

Our family is completely satisfied and very thankful to have the skilled team of Medley working with our family, on our home. We highly recommended Medley and look forward to doing business with them (if necessary) in the future. Consider us loyal, customers for life!

I ran across Medley air via some recommendations on the Nextdoor app forum. I could not be more pleased. I called and Texas answered the phone late on a Thursday last week. I had an issue with the CO detectors in my house and he was kind enough to walk me through some diagnostics. It turned out to being a simple fix, both detectors decided to fail within 24 hours of each other. I fixed it myself, new detectors on Texas's recommendation. I proceeded to ask about an A/C service because I had not done one since buying the home 4 years ago. Texas offered to come out Sunday but I said Monday would be more than fine. He serviced the unit and I asked a ton of questions, I know more than enough to cause myself plenty of problems. Texas answered all my questions and had a number of really good suggestions.

I now have an A/C company I can trust to be fair and honest. Thank you Texas!

I had to dig deep to get to the point that I wanted to contact and contract with Medley to be my trusted HVAC contractor and very happy that I did. They have serviced my systems and will again in the fall/winter when we are ready to switch over to heat.

They also made a courtesy call to my daughter's home and put our concerns at ease. We really appreciated their honest assessment which was that nothing was wrong that needed immediate attention or investment.
