Contacted AHS for 2 faucets leaking and a toilet valve leaking and they assigned Medallion plumbing. Two days later Jordan came over and fixed all three of them. He did a great job!

We called our insurance and they assign these guys to do our plumbing. They came out mutiple times to my house. Still not fixed. Had to call my insurance for a second company to come out.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company in the area. We've had them out 3 times for the same problem and they have closed out the service saying they can't find the problem!! So our homeowners insurance said they can't send out another company.... What idiots!!! BEWARE ... Save your money and ALL the time waiting for them to show up!!

I was super hesitant because of all the really really bad reviews and I did have them come out a previous time and was hesitant for them to even do the work. But I have to say that I really feel they're trying to do better. Great communication. I knew exactly when they were coming I was at the top of the list. I got multiple texts and both of the plumbers seemed great. Knowledgeable. It was a simple fix.

We got referred to Medallion by our warranty company (water stoppages in bathroom sinks, shower and kitchen garbage disposal).
Overall - 3 stars.
1. Scheduling (5 stars): Appointment scheduling was easy and handled well. Got 9am-1pm window for original arrival which was alright.
2. Timeliness & Front-desk Professionalism (0 stars): On day of appointment, no show till 11:30am so i called their office, received revised time 12:15-12:30pm (still ok). Then office called back around 12:30pm and gave another arrival time as 1:15pm. No show till 1:30pm so i called again to check for one last time to check if i should continue wait (another 30 mins) or cancel and inform warranty company. This time, Front desk person (Ms. Tina) was non-committal on new time and kept saying prev appointments are still running late. Even called customer rude when pressed for an answer. Medallion needs learn customer's time is also equally important and atleast honor their own commits and not argue back or criticize the Customer for their sincere feedback. Hope this will improve !
3. Service (5 stars): Exclusively for service-technician (Keymo) for his knowledge, courteous, professionalism and quick resolution. He took only 20 mins to fix issues and explain well.

Kitchen sink was plugged, so Medallion Plumbing came out, assigned by American Home Shield. When they left the sink was still full of water and they hadn't fixed it. They said we needed to have a ""clean out"" installed. Our condo is on the third floor. Called the HOA and they said do not have a ""clean out"" installed - all units have a clean out already. The plumber just didn't look for it. If they were a reliable plumber, they should know this, working on a condo. Their solution for a temp fix was for us to go to the store and buy some ""Green Gobler"". Well, that was a waste of money. It didn't work at all. Now having to get another plumber through AHS. Never use this company.

tina told me she is sending a claim to ahs for repair of faucets but upon checking ahs told me that they have received information that there is nothing wrong with and they will not send their technician any more.
i still have yellow copy from medallion plumbing clearly saying the parts for the faucet need to be replaced.

We used American Home Shield to fix our plumbing problem. The dishwasher sprout was leaking water and pipes were dripping under the sink. We told them we had two issues. They came out said they change the air duct and will return to fix the pipe since they do not have any parts. After their visit whatever they touched, the water isn't draining at all and now leaking more to the kitchen floor. Everytime we called their answer was ""don't use the sink."" If you don't want to waste your money don't use this company.

These people are terrible probably the worse I've ever worked with. They're lazy and unprofessional all the way from Tina or Kristina (the customer service rep) to the technician that came out.

Hire them at your own risk!

I don't usually leave bad reviews either but I was so disappointed with his whole process. I have a rusted pipe under my kitchen sink Medallion said I broke it but obviously the issue isn't the break ITS THE RUST! It would have been to easy to fix the break and do a quick fix on the pipe myself but I asked to get it fixed because it is RUSTED! Instead the tech from Medallion (Robbie) said that I broke it and now my warranty refuses to cover the actual issue which is the OBVIOUS WEAR AND TEAR!
