Our home warranty company sent them to fix our toilet. They did an outstanding job! Great communication--they call and text information about your appointment, and even inform you ( with tracking info) when their technician will arrive. Jordan was excellent--professional, prompt, and he efficiently fixed our leaking toilet with a new flushing mechanism. I don't understand why there are some negative reviews, but trust me, they are a very reliable company! A+++

A huge THANK YOU to Medallion Plumbing for being so fantastic about fixing my shower drain in my 1950's home. They were diligent, polite & understood my sense of urgency as I only have the one bathroom. They came out yesterday & tried everything to clear the drain. It would not clear so chemicals were used & sat for 8 hours. Was still clogged last night. This morning Robert came out, snaked again and the drain cleared. There was alot of buildup. Thank you for being so professional, patient with my yappy little dogs and with me! I highly recommend this company.

Medallion was the contracted provider through my AMERICAN HOME SHIELD warranty. I have a drain in my kitchen that is clogged and because I am in a condo the tech couldn't find a clean out and said it would be something they would have to install which wouldn't be covered.
I called the office to ask why they couldn't have even attempted to snake the drain and the woman I spoke to said they don't even possess smaller snakes as AHS only covers jobs requiring the bigger equipment. I know for a fact that it is possible to snake the train through the p-trap, which I have. I asked them to send me an estimate if what installing a clean out would cost, and she said she would but never did.
I have called other plumbing companies in my area who stated they would have at least attempted to snake it through the p-trap if they weren't able to locate the clean out.
I am giving 1 star because the technician was nice, and I even tipped him.
I don't recommend Medallion or especially American Home Shield. Save your $$ and find a home warranty provider who will at least attempt to repair it, rather than wasting hundreds on one with such ridiculous exceptions. It's false advertising at best.

Awful company. The only reason they are still in business of because they are fed leads from Home Warranty companies. They lie, they form any opinion necessary to avoid doing the work. I could gibe three different examples, do not use this company!!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Pay the extra money to go with someone creditable. If American Home Shield defaults to this company cancel it and request someone else. Sometime they will let you choose someone within their network if you can get the right rep on the phone. I'm even more clueless to the plumbing issue I'm having after this companies service techs came out. They will say it's the most expensive thing possible.

Unconcerned liars at management level affects the plumbers playing games @ properties with no care for quality assurance nor damages caused. In it to get paid by the insurance company and maybe show up at properties or not and say they did. Office manager won't call back even after leaving messages as they get too many jobs from the insurance companies to say they went to dent repairs. Beware!

This company was sent out by American Home Shield to fix our broken garbage disposal. They replaced it and created a giant leak under our sink. They came back out and ""fixed"" the leak several times. 5 separate service calls to get to a point where it appeared to be fixed. We questioned a material that one of the techs used to seal the drain, it was a white putty that did not harden. A senior tech told us it is supposed to be that way, so we listened. 6 months later the drain is literally coming apart from our sink. It's still soft and completely not sealed at all. We won't waste our time or money with this company again, they are a total joke and should not be in business, let alone a contractor for a home warranty company! Caused us more problems than they fixed. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews but always try to go into things with an open mind. Man oh man, was I impressed with how awesome my service tech was! He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He fixed my problem which was causing my entire downstairs to flood whenever I took a shower or did laundry or anything using more than just a tiny bit of water. They came out the next day after I put in my service order and I was the first appointment. I would definitely call them again and recommend for your plumbing needs! Thank you again for helping me fix my problem quickly and not having to spend a fortune. They also told me that if the issue came back or that didn't solve the problem he would come out for free for the next 30 days to find and fix the issue. Luckily that was the issue, but it was reassuring to know that if there was still a problem I wouldn't have to pay an additional fee.
