This review is long overdue! Thank you MDTECH Services!!! We are so happy we used your services to repair our GE Monogram Refrigerator. It was stressful that suddenly it was not cooling and temperature was dropping! We called several companies and no one could find a definitive answer for what was wrong and also did not have parts available. MDTECH not only diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes, returned to fix it immediately at 7p after a long work day and had the parts!! They did not wait until next day to help us save the food after a Costco run! :) Instead called and said we are coming today. Whereas others claimed if their reason was correct.. they are not sure, the parts would take a while to receive!?.. You will be very HAPPY if you choose MDTECH Appliance Services with Paul and Eduardo, they are very professional, pleasant, hard working and very knowledgeable in this industry.
