Our 35 year old Maytag washer was leaking. MDTech was called and was quick to respond and flexible about scheduling an appointment.
They had a reasonable diagnosis charge. Unfortunately the machine was a goner and the technician honestly passed that on to us.

Our 20+ year old built in refrigerator/freezer suddenly stopped cooling sending us on a search for a repair person we could trust or finding a place to buy a new one. We discovered Paul at MDTECH by an Internet search. He had such great reviews we decided to try him. It was great decision. in a short period time he came to our home on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem and gave us estimate in writing. (No extra charge for the Sunday call.) The estimate was 10% of the cost to buy a new one. After some deliberation, we hired Paul. it was a great decision. He scheduled us for his only open appointment time on Tuesday, late in the afternoon. He showed up on time with all of the parts he needed and installed them in about 1 hour. He cleaned up all of packaging and gave us easy to understand instructions for the 48 hour startup period and the long term temperature settings for the freezer and refrigerator. I'd call him in less that a minute if we have future issues with any of our major appliances.

We purchased a Zypher hood and the unit had a minor display issue in the message panel. Zypher contacted MDTech for the warranty service and this is how I learned about MDTech. The service was done a few months ago but I couldn't confirm the repair was working until today because the warning bell was not activated until today. I am happy to report back that the service tech (Eduardo) did a good job and the problem was completely fixed. The service tech was on time and kept me informed before the appointment. He was courteous and he cleaned up after himself. MDTech would be the company I consider for any future services. Thanks.

Repair tech did a great job fixing my zephyr hood that was buzzing when off. I was focused on checking for the sound when he was finished, so I didn't realize he left a zip tie sticking out of the control panel. I can probably shove it back in, but I removed one star for that. Other than that, they did a great job fixing my issue. Note: they will call and email you twice a day every other day asking for a review. It's a bit much. They've called me 10 times since my service, asking for a review.

Called MD Tech regarding my refrigerator. Got an appointment within 2hrs. Paul diagnosed the problem, gave estimate for repair and returned the following day with parts to complete the repair. Great service. Paul was very helpful. Like how they communicated regarding appointments, let you know when on their way and follow up. I would use again if needed.

I'm very happy that MD Tech was able to fix both of my refrigerators that went out at the same time. They worked with my extended warranty service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it took a while to get the parts and fix it but I remained patient and it was worth it.
