Guys were great about taking care of my Ilve oven. After only having it a year it stopped heating and the guys were able to pull it from wall work on it, get it working again, and placing it back easily. Purchased from Pirch who went out of business and MDTech did a great job fixing the broken oven, quickly, kept the pieces organized and tidy while working, and did the job much quicker than the oven was installed. Our 20+ year old built in refrigerator/freezer suddenly stopped cooling sending us on a search for a repair person we could trust or finding a place to buy a new one. We discovered Paul at MDTECH by an Internet search. He had such great reviews we decided to try him. It was great decision. in a short period time he came to our home on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem and gave us estimate in writing. (No extra charge for the Sunday call.) The estimate was 10% of the cost to buy a new one. After some deliberation, we hired Paul. it was a great decision. He scheduled us for his only open appointment time on Tuesday, late in the afternoon. He showed up on time with all of the parts he needed and installed them in about 1 hour. He cleaned up all of packaging and gave us easy to understand instructions for the 48 hour startup period and the long term temperature settings for the freezer and refrigerator. I'd call him in less that a minute if we have future issues with any of our major appliances.
