These guys were amazing and really knew what they were doing with my propane oven/stove top. They were out within 90 minutes after our initial phone call, and they were able to repair the damage caused by the rats that managed to get in my oven. Very friendly, and were helpful in explaining what got damaged, and showed me how they were repairing the damage.

My home warranty assigned MDTech. The tech showed up and all he did was look at his phone. after a week, he finally came back to install parts. the fridge started leaking even worst than before. He broke the hinge cover and didn't install the screws. He didnt even bother to tell me. Then the owner said i call every month which i didn't. This is my first service call on the fridge. He even got upset with the home warranty lady. very disappointed in their service.

Horrible service. First of all they didn't remember my appointment. I had to remind them. The guy came and didn't even try to fix the issue. He just layer on the dryer looking for solutions fir 30 minutes and just said it may be this or that and said it won't be guaranteed if they order parts and there's a fee either way. Very unprofessional company. I bought a new dryer because the cost he said to fix it even though it wouldn't be guaranteed was close to a new dryer. He didn't even look at anything within the dryer and charged me $65 service call for sitting on his phone not doing anything. What a joke of a company. Please go elsewhere.

The owner/repairman Paul was extremely rude and unprofessional. After leaving a quote to my tenant and received $65 trip charge, he got irritated at me over the phone for asking a few more questions about the advance payment required to order parts, any discount program and also warranty info. During the call he complained of working long hours and eventually hang up on me! For a service person having an attitude like this, he should not be in the customer service business. Please be aware.

Our built in microwave was broken and we called MD TECH. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. They came and fixed our microwave and at the same time noticed our refrigerator display was not working. We were procrastinating in fixing it but decided to fix it when he noticed it. Microwave and fridge now work great. Will be using them again.

This company is GREAT! Responded quickly to my request and at night. Came out the very next day on a Sat morning. Reliable & a affordable. I appreciated their business professionalism and removed the socks from my washer and cleaned up area well. I will be using them again for any of our appliance repair needs! Our microwave oven needed repair so I called Robert who had also previously fixed our back-up refrigerator a few months back. Robert and his crew were great as they removed our microwave oven, repaired it in the quoted 2 weeks and reinstalled it with no issues or damage. When his crew finished the install/repair, they also installed a new part for my freezer at no charge. I had intended to pay for that but Robert said it was no charge. Great service and very professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair. Thank you.

They were very communicative on the front end, and were able to come within 24 hours of putting in the request which was much appreciated. They were also able to fix the problem (an older dryer stopped working, they diagnosed and fixed it pretty quickly - they even had the part on hand needed). The total cost was $220, which I can't really speak to as whether or not that's a good price or if I was ripped off at all, however I was happy to pay it because that's still way cheaper than a new dryer (not to mention dealing with the hassle of disposing of the old dryer, getting a new or even ""new"" used dryer installed, etc...).

The reason they're getting four stars is that the appointment time was set for a specific time (4:30 pm) and did NOT indicate a range. However, when 5:15 rolled around and they still weren't at my house, I called them and they said it was a range from 4:30-6:00, and even so didn't show up until closer to 6:15. They could have done a MUCH better job with the communication on the back end.
