These guys honestly are amazing! My Viking oven has been broken for over a year now, the bottom one, and 2 other Viking approved repair shops had given up on fixing it, yes just straight up told me can't do it. MD Tech on the other hand are professionals through and through!! They came out to my place at least 4 times, not their fault Viking kept getting the parts that are broken wrong, spent easily 3+ hours for the last 2 appts. Finally got it fixed! I couldn't believe how much effort they put in to getting it right and making sure it's fixed! Definitely will recommend these gentlemen to anyone.

I had a problem with my microwave that happened before a long weekend. I called MD Tech and they were available to schedule an appointment to do a consultation the very next day. Our tech, Paul was helpful in diagnosing the problem. Although his customer service skills need some work, he made up for it by getting the job done within a manageable time frame. Parts took about 3 days to get, I was then called about a time they would come to do the repair. Serge and Paul worked on our dual oven together and got the job done in a timely manner. Great experience. My brand new beverage fridge was making a loud ticking sound and MDTECH sent a technician out who determined the problem was with the fan. He ordered the fan which came a few weeks later and another tech replaced. Everything was covered under warranty and I did not have to deal with any additional paperwork. Both technicians were prompt and professional. MD communicated via text to confirm appointment times, etc. Would highly recommend.
