I called Thursday afternoon because our fridge stopped cooling. The tech came out the next day, within the timeframe states, and completed a thorough diagnosis. He was able to get the parts quickly and came back within 2 business days to replace the broken parts. Very reasonably priced. I would use them again.

I requested a quote in Yelp for washer repair. MDTech was very quick to respond and they were very proactive in contacting me. They were also one of the company with reasonable initial fee to come out. Paul came to my house to diagnose the washer. Since the issue on my washer was the bearing wearing out, Paul did not have to do much and informed that price to fix the washer is too high and I am better off getting a new washer. He then checked out my dryer and informed that my dryer had worn out parts and the cost would be about 1/3 to 1/2 of a new dryer. After some consideration, I decided to buy a new set. I appreciate Paul contacting me making to see if I like for him to come out. I was tracking all companies who contacted me and only MDTech was reaching out.

We had a new Dryer delivered and installed by Home Depot on Wednesday afternoon while I was out of State. Tuesday morning I received a call from the cleaners informing me about a STRONG smell of gas from the new dryer indicating a leak. Having spent over 5 hours on the phone with Home Depot without any luck I decided to use Yelp and seek urgent help. MDTECH Appliance Repair were very responsive and attended and fixed the leak for me immediately. Great service and highly recommended.

Way too expensive almost throat slashing. $65 for a Service Call where as others have $50-60 top. Just be careful and shop around for Best Price. Buyers be Aware.

Serge (technition) was amazing and fast and was able to detect problem with fridge right away and ordered parts to repair. The next day, I called Pavel (owner) and told him that we didn't need the parts because the fridge was now working perfectly thanks to Serge's adjustment. Pavel quickly credited my card for the parts and only charged me for Serges time. Moving forward, I will always use this company for repairs and I will refer all of my family and friends.
