The tech fixed my fridge issue without confirming with me that I wanted to proceed. He went and charged me before I consented. That's bad customer service. When I asked him what was the problem he retorted back ""do you hear the fan?"" I answered no and he said ""there you go"". He also gestured to my mom to carry the fridge drawers so she had to help him with the job. Will not use their service again.

Sergei came at 9:30am, he had to get parts for our dryer. He came back later at around 7pm the same day. He did a wonderful job fixing our dryer in a timely manner! It costed half the price of a new dryer, it's worth it! I would recommend this place and use them again.

Pretty straightforward as far as scheduling an appointment online. However, the time range prescribed can be somewhat too wide that would require almost half of the day to be allotted. Nevertheless, they get the job done and that is the least I could ask for as a customer.

My dryer stopped working and after checking yelp, I called MDTech because of all the great reviews. The tech responded promptly and was able to come out on the same day and quickly repaired it without needing any new parts. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Great service!!!

I submitted a quote earlier today and MD Tech sent me an email to confirm my appt between 5-7pm. I confirmed and talked to the call center to leave special details. Fast forward to 6:30 PM, I call the technician to get an update on when he is expected to arrive and instead he went ahead to another appointment...Totally unaware of my appointment.

I am disappointed in this company. What is the point of signing up and confirming the appointment if they are not going to send anyone to help?

I like the idea of MD TECH sending a follow up message to confirm your appointment. Too bad their service techs do not also confirm the appointment.

*update* tech kept calling me for over 2 hours after I told him not to show up anymore. He said he was on the way to my house at 8:30 PM. This is totally not acceptable for a service call.

I ordered a new washer and gas dryer from Best Buy but the installers were unable to install the new dryer because the gas shutoff valve was out of date. A MDTECH's technician was up to update my gas shutoff and complete the installation with parts supplied by Best Buy, and ensured my dryer was level and fully operational for $165.
