I had a refrigerator that needed repair so I messaged them. Darryl came out and was insisting he knew what was wrong with my refrigerator even though I was telling him the sounds it was making were normal. It's a high end refrigerator so it turns on and off frequently. He told me the repair was going to be $1,200 to $1,800. Whatever. After he left I did some tests and determined it was a faulty relay. I have a friend that is an instrumentation tech and says he has a relay. I popped it in an whola it works. I do not recommend these crooks. If they were honest guys he would've actually taking tools out of his tool bag and tested the relay and actually listened to the customer that sees and hears the item everyday. Don't hire this company. Don't trust their reviews if Darryl is the lead repairman.

2017 Samsung French door ice maker stopped working. ""Google search fixes"" didn't work so I found MDTECH on Yelp. Came out same day to diagnose, and corrected problem 2 days later when parts arrived. Paul was excellent in walking me through his troubleshooting as he went, patient and friendly with my questions, and ultimately skilled in fixing the problem on the first attempt, which ultimately involved replacing the ice maker as well as a water solenoid valve that was leaking by. The cost was reasonable, though more than what I was hoping - $400-500 range, 66% parts cost; really not bad considering there was quite a bit of labor involved to get to the water valve. However, we're working with Costco on a warranty claim since we discovered they add 2 years to the original 2 years when you make purchase with Costco visa. In summary, Samsung designed a poor ice maker and difficult to get to water valve, MDTECH provided great customer service at a reasonable price, my wife feels vindicated for all her shopping at Costco, and the family is happy to have ice again.

Our ice maker stopped working and called in Paul to diagnose the issue. It turned out that we needed to replace it. When the part came in Paul came in and replaced it without further charges. I would highly recommend him and his company. He is well versed in what he does.

The knob on my stove wasn't working i wasn't able to turn it and when i took it off it wasn't broke.. i had been trying for days.... Paul called me back and told me to switch the knobs i was thinking this one wasn't broke BUT it worked.. Pavel was professional, communicative, and we felt that his pricing was reasonable. He helped us replace an old microwave that broke. He was very communicative from the beginning through the Yelp app and over the phone. I felt bad that our microwave was delivered later than we expected, but he was flexible in his scheduling which we appreciated. When the microwave was finally delivered, he came that afternoon, which was so convenient. I would recommend Pavel for appliance fixes!
