I needed my Costco Kitchenaid Dishwasher installed. The current appliance installer that Costco uses (Kepco) never showed up for the scheduled installation appointment. Costco suggested I find my own Third Party Installer; so I did. I am so glad I found MDTech Appliances! Paul (Pavel) was quick to respond to my call and was able to fit me in for same day installation! I don't even see him as a ""Third Party"" he is rated #1 on my charts for providing professional service, detailed communication, followed up with texts, phone calls, emails confirming his services and even notified me that they were able to come 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. Our technician Berik was Outstanding! His expertise and knowledge skills installing our dishwasher was first class. I would recommend MDTech Appliance Installation and Repair to my family and friends. I only wish Costco would have a company as MD Tech Appliance Installation and Repair to install all of their appliances! It would have saved me a day of waiting with their current company that does not value excellent customer service as MDTech does. MDTech meets high standards in my book!

I needed my build in Old refrigerator to install in my kitchen. It is tough job no one wanted to take. Paul responded my message almost right away ( i left message at 10 40pm, he responded with estimate almost 11pm. I was so happy about i could book for next day. Also he and his crew came on time. They did really good job. I m really happy about it. He followed up in next day to check my refrigerator working properly. We will use them again definitely!

Worse rip off company. Shows up and says my dishwasher needs control board and that part is 250$. Gave 65$ for the estimate. Then asked another guy and he trouble shooter me over the phone and recommended to disconnect the dish washer for 5 min and plug it back In. Surprised it worked after !

My dishwasher needed a repair. I called ""the guy"" on the sticker in my refrigerator. It was a Sunday, he didn't pick up. I used Yelp to get a few quotes. MDTECH owner, Paul called me back that day. We set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. He was on time diagnosed the problem professionally. Told me he had to order a part that was difficult to get because of the age of my dishwasher. So it may be two weeks. MDTECH got it DONE 5 days. Paul kept it on budget finished on time. A good plumber is like a good doctor. Call these guys!

If I could give 10 stars I would... Paul and his crew are exceptional. They are honest, professional and obviously have been doing this a long time.

We have a 5 year old top of the line Bosch dishwasher that 4 previous appliance repair companies could not figure out what was wrong. Told me to buy a new machine.... New machine its only 4 years old and we only have used it on average of once a week......

Paul knew within 5 minutes of his diagnostic what what wrong..... Didn't charge me an arm and leg and even helped me get rid of an older fridge I had in the garage....
