After seeing clients charged excessively for inadequate work, my business partner and I decided to start this company. We believed we could do better, so we opened as Real Maintenance Services, offering a range of professional solutions at fair prices. Everyone deserves a home they can take pride in, and it should be affordable.

I expanded my knowledge in 1997 by entering the multi-housing market. I was responsible for a few properties and acted as the maintenance director for a baker's dozen. This experience reignited my passion for the industry. This passion prompted me to reopen under the name MDA Services.

I emphasize quality service above all else at MDA Services. My commitment extends to seniors, veterans, and frontline workers, including first responders. I want to thank these remarkable individuals. In recognition of their service, I offer a special discount.

I realized that the essence of living well is not tied to your address, but to your lifestyle. This realization has shaped my business approach, prioritizing service over profit. Everyone has their unique piece of paradise. I think it should be affordable and not cost a king's ransom.
