Frustrated by clients being overbilled for underwhelming services, my partner and I founded this business. We envisioned a better approach, leading us to create Real Maintenance Services, where we provide diverse professional offerings at accessible prices. We believe everyone should have a home they cherish, without breaking the bank.

In 1997, I decided to enhance my skills by managing properties in the multi-housing arena. I managed multiple properties and took on the role of maintenance director for thirteen. This role rekindled my enthusiasm for my work. This passion prompted me to reopen under the name MDA Services.

Service is my top priority at MDA Services. I prioritize services for seniors, veterans, and frontline heroes such as first responders. To these individuals, I express my gratitude. In recognition of their service, I offer a special discount.

I’ve come to understand that it’s not where you live, but how you live that matters. This understanding has guided my business model, emphasizing service over financial gain. Everyone has their unique piece of paradise. I believe it shouldn’t come at an exorbitant cost.
