My water heater pooped out on me on a Thursday. I asked for quotes and Mike D called me within ten minutes with a reasonable price. He stopped by the next day, Friday, and offered to replace the water heater that day or Saturday. We agreed on Saturday. He and his assistant showed up the next morning and replaced the water heater and hoses. He is prompt, efficient and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Mike was very professional. 1) He responded to my request within the hour. 2) He scheduled the appointment and sent me a reminder. 3) He called 30/40 minutes before coming. 4) He came inside the house with mask on and even with shoe mask! He is a man of his word. He gave free estimate. I appreciated that he didn't try to make money off of me. He recommended it was cheaper to replace the tub than the motor (the process of disassembling the tub to get to the motor and replacing the motor). I highly recommend him.

Great service and honest plumber. The service was professional and exceeded my expectations. Mike and his crew came to fix a leak on the water service line that ran from the city easement underneath our lawn and to the building. He came on time and work was finished within an hour with minimal disruption to our lawn. He was polite, professional and gave us a really good price. I have had many issues in the past with getting an honest plumber. He's the real deal! I will definitely be hiring him again for future work.

I had 3 different plumbers come by and they didn't know how to fix problems I had with my kitchen faucet and in one case made it worse than it was before. Mike and his team came in and fixed my kitchen faucet plus my garbage disposal along with issues with the dishwasher. They did everything smoothly, quickly, and at a great cost!

Mike and his team were very professional installing a new earthquake shut off valve while following all COVID-19 guidelines. He explained what he was going to do before proceeding.
