Just want to write this quick review to say that Mike was great. We sent out a message in the morning and he replied within the hour. He came by at the time he said he would and checked out the problem and gave us a quote. We haven't yet asked for the repair, but I just wanted to point out that he was great from the small interaction we had with him.

I am a seasoned investor in the city for the past 30 years. I have experience dealing with many contractors. In this instance I am willing to leave some feedback as I feel is fair to do so.

I had a large project in Los Angeles where we own a small seven unit building, after soft-retrofit project, city also requested to rehabilitate the lateral sewage line from the property line to the middle of the street, it had to be done with a new liner for a small defect that was observed via camera near the middle of the street.

After calling three different plumbers and comparing approaches and prices to fix the problem, I opted to work with Mike and his assistant we deal over email and text as documentation and permits were required.

I was impressed that without charging first time Mike willingly came by to the property, used his camera, look at the problem and give me a fair price on the spot....he took care of all permits, made sure the inspection was passed. so he took care of the issue from start to tend.

I AM A HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER and I would recommend MIKE to anyone needing plumbing services.....MIKE IS an HONEST GUY.

During their work we had some issues shutting off all of the water to our unit and Mike was helpful and patient working through our issues. We had an emergency leak at 3am an hour before we had to leave to the airport for vacation. Called several other plumbers but none could commit due our tight time constraint. They arrived very quickly and saved us from missing our flight and charged us a fair rate. We didn't feel taken advantage of considering our situation.
