I have used McLays Services on a number of occasions and have found them to be the best plumbing company around.
They have replaced my water softener, installed a tank less water heater, repaired a broken drain line under my living rooms concrete slab and on a few occasions cleared pipes that were slow.
Each time I called them they were professional and responsive. Arrival times were prompt and accurate. The quotes were competitive and inclusive of all itemized repairs. The company operates clean vehicles and use updated equipment, the techs are well trained and I can tell that McLays only hires the best and most knowledgeable people that they employ. Chad has been amazing with his knowledge and attention to detail. Truly a top notch organization that will not disappoint if you decide to utilize their services!

We had a major leak in a pipe leading to our kitchen sink. After doing the best I could to trouble shoot, I realized this was above my level of expertise. We called McClay and from the first moment they were professional and responsive. They set us up with a two hour window (10:00- 12:00) and arrived at about 10:05.

Roger was a great technician. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue, went to work and fixed our problem right away.

I would recommend these folks to family and friends in a heartbeat.

My husband Tommy has known the owner Archie for 40 years. They went to high school together. Your never find a more honest, hard working guy than Archie. His work ethic shines through in his employee's. We had Chad out to fix our water heater. Chad does great work, he's also very knowledgeable. I have known Archie McLay the owner professionally for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable in his field, honest and trustworthy. Recently I had McLay Services replace the ducting of my HVAC system. The two men that did the work in my home did an excellent job. The air flow coming out of my vents has increased dramatically. I recommend McLay Services with no reservation. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the technicians arrived approximately 1 hour late of the arrival window I was given.

Today they sent ""Scott"" to install an earthquake emergency gas shut-off device, and they continued their tradition of excellence and professionalism. What's better for a contractor than being on time, completing the work carefully and in a timely way, and representing your company with pride and class?

For a homeowner it's great to have a reliable plumber to call on, especially if an emergency arises.
