First time using McLay and they did not disappoint. They had great reviews so I figured I could not go wrong. I called Maclay services due to water in smoke alarm. They came out the very same day and arrived as scheduled. Miguel was able to diagnose and repair my AC unit in a timely manner as well as explain the how the problem occurred. Will definitely call again for maintenance and repairs

My husband Tommy has known the owner Archie for 40 years. They went to high school together. Your never find a more honest, hard working guy than Archie. His work ethic shines through in his employee's. We had Chad out to fix our water heater. Chad does great work, he's also very knowledgeable. We are having him come back to do some work for our upcoming kitchen remodel. All and all we highly recommend Mclay's!!

I have known Archie McLay the owner professionally for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable in his field, honest and trustworthy. Recently I had McLay Services replace the ducting of my HVAC system. The two men that did the work in my home did an excellent job. The air flow coming out of my vents has increased dramatically. I recommend McLay Services with no reservation. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the technicians arrived approximately 1 hour late of the arrival window I was given.

Today they sent ""Scott"" to install an earthquake emergency gas shut-off device, and they continued their tradition of excellence and professionalism. What's better for a contractor than being on time, completing the work carefully and in a timely way, and representing your company with pride and class?

For a homeowner it's great to have a reliable plumber to call on, especially if an emergency arises.

After checking reviews, I tried this local company to check my 5-year old AC unit that wouldn't start. It was a heatwave, so I think they sent an unqualified tech to my house. After 2+hours he realized that all it needed was Freon. Told us that it was expensive. I had to ask him how much it needed, he said less than 3 pounds. He poured liquid in, and it started working. Then told me that i would be paying him by the hour.

I spoke with the owner the next day and he explained that because they were so overwhelmed with calls that a tech, new to their company, was learning their protocol. The air-conditioner was fixed and all was well, and the bill was revised to reflect the appropriate charges.

Best customer service! Our whole family uses this company and we won't trust anyone else. I'm currently pregnant and of course the air goes out on one of the hottest days. They were able to send someone in a timely manner and fixed the problem in no time. This preggosaures rex is very grateful!

Chad Delk was our plumber that fixed our shower drain with in 30 minutes. Our previous plumber told us that we had a collapsed pipe and they were going to have to brake out our shower floor in order to fix the problem. But Chad took his time and used two different machines and fixed our problem. Our previous plumber told us it was going to cost $5000.00 to fix the problem. I'm so thankful that was not the case. McLay is going to be our plumber from here on. They are honest and clean and do great work!
