Despite my previous experience with McLay Services I have updated my review to 2 stars only because ther owner Archie personally called me to get further clarification on what occurred. He took full responsibility of the technician thay came out and gave me a full refund including the Yelp coupon I purchased. I guess it was the least he do make up for the bad experience I had.

We had an issue with our air conditioning units. We had water dripping from our outside run off pipes. Thank goodness they were just clogged. Miguel the technician was absolutely wonderful. Extremely polite and very thorough. He explained everything he did and we could not have asked for better service. Thank you.

I called McLays due to a drainage pipe problem with our home A/C system. They sent a repairman later the same day. Mike showed up right on time. I explained what was happening and he knew right away what the likely cause was. He cleared the pipe and then checked it to make sure it was flowing properly again. Once he confirmed it was all good, he reassembled the pipe and gave some advice on how to keep the pipe working properly in the future. Mike was very professional and did not try to upsell anything. We'll definitely use McLays again if we come across any other problems with our A/C system.

I have used McLays Services on a number of occasions and have found them to be the best plumbing company around.
They have replaced my water softener, installed a tank less water heater, repaired a broken drain line under my living rooms concrete slab and on a few occasions cleared pipes that were slow.
Each time I called them they were professional and responsive. Arrival times were prompt and accurate. The quotes were competitive and inclusive of all itemized repairs. The company operates clean vehicles and use updated equipment, the techs are well trained and I can tell that McLays only hires the best and most knowledgeable people that they employ. Chad has been amazing with his knowledge and attention to detail. Truly a top notch organization that will not disappoint if you decide to utilize their services!

We had a major leak in a pipe leading to our kitchen sink. After doing the best I could to trouble shoot, I realized this was above my level of expertise. We called McClay and from the first moment they were professional and responsive. They set us up with a two hour window (10:00- 12:00) and arrived at about 10:05.

Roger was a great technician. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue, went to work and fixed our problem right away.

I would recommend these folks to family and friends in a heartbeat.

First time using McLay and they did not disappoint. They had great reviews so I figured I could not go wrong. I called Maclay services due to water in smoke alarm. They came out the very same day and arrived as scheduled. Miguel was able to diagnose and repair my AC unit in a timely manner as well as explain the how the problem occurred. Our AC went out over the weekend and after much research I learned that not only does this business have good reviews on YELP, the next door app wrote recommendations for this business.
