Very unsatisfied with service. Our AC has been acting up and would randomly have no airflow coming from vents or when it did, the air wasn't cold. We called in to get service and was charged $317 for diagnostics , several ounces of Freon, etc. Not even a week later, we had the exact same problem. We will not use this company again.

Called to get service for air conditioner making a strange noise. Have used them before
for routine service. Receptionist was very curt and advised me no appts for a week. In a week
we might not have air. Will not use them again for service.

Scheduled an appointment and asked that they call when the serviceman was on the way since there was a 2 hour window and I had to drive to the home to meet him.
Cesar was able to identify the problem, but did not have the part, a capacitor, on the truck which required a trip of 30 min to an AC parts distributor. Part in hand, repairs were completed and the AC unit was cleaned and checked for any other problems; none reported.
Cost $ 345.50, time about 2 hours.

Mike the installer was amazing, best ever. He was here for a day and half installing a updated heater. Very focus on the details and great customer service. On the other hand Archie made promises that where never fullfied. The office staff was very easy to talk to.

Thank you, thank you, McLay Services for quickly repairing an in-wall pipe failure. Debbie
arranged an early Monday appointment to get us out of the misery of a shut down water
main and living with pitchers and buckets of usable water.

Cameron is articulate, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He gave good advice
on how to deal with the small flood damage. Very helpful with information about whole
house piping and how to dry out the walls and carpet.

McLay Services has always been great and I have used them for some 20+ years if my
memory serves me right. Archie, you have a super business!

We had S***s come out and tell us the AC compressor needed to be changed, the freon was ok and the system was old. We then got McLays out here to look at it, Michael came out, got to work, determined the freon was very low and filled it up and the AC worked fine after that. There was nothing wrong with the compressor. He explained why no air was coming out the of vents, it was the coils in the attic was frozen and not allowing air through, not the compressor. I recommend this company, Great service, honest workers who know what they are talking about! Happy cool customer now!! Thanks!
