Thanks Manny! The Laura and Manny were so helpful and quick to help me with my septic.

Don't use McKenna. 2 years ago we hired McKenna to inspect the septic system for the house we were purchasing. They said it was fine. Flash forward 2 years and we're selling our house. Our buyers happened to pick McKenna to inspect our septic system again. They said it wasn't up to code since it didn't have risers. This new code was implemented years before we hired them. When my husband pointed this out, they just shrugged. If they had cited this when we hired them, the people we bought the house from would have had to pay. Instead, we now had to pay $600 for the risers. An honorable company would have made this right, since their inspector botched the job - at least, they could have split the cost with us. They didn't even apologize.

I am really impressed with this company. The owner, Bob, came out to find our septic tank location. He showed up on time, and found the tank immediately. The next day, a second employee, Dave, came out to pump the tank. He showed up 5 minutes early. Dave was extremely efficient and courteous. Both Dave and Bob did not seem to mind my questions and were both extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company, and will be using them in the future!

I called Mckenna Septic when I had a couple of backups in two showers in different buildings that share the same septic system. Laura was very nice, and managed to get us squeezed in the following day- for sometime after noon.
Manny arrived at about 7 PM, and at the end of a long day he was still very pleasant. He worked quickly and efficiently, checked to be sure leech lines were not the problem, and noted there was no input to the tank from the drain of a running shower, indicating a clogged line. It was late but he did not stint on the job, completing the pump job in a professional manner.
Only caveat on the great service was I would have loved an update on arrival time - I thought we had been forgotten.

Outstanding! Laura was super responsive in getting us set up with an appointment. Prices are up front and super competitive and no financial surprises. Dave showed on time, professional, and even gave us some very useful septic education. Would definitely use them again! Thank you!

Outstanding service from these guys. We needed our septic system inspected before the purchase of our home. Had already struggled with two other companies who failed to locate our tank. The third company damaged the lids. Ugh! Found McKenna...thank God. Spoke to Lucia, very sweet and very knowledgeable and helpful. Dave was our ""guy"". This man went above and beyond to help us. We have an old tank which apparently had never been serviced before we purchased our home. This was a tough job to say the least but he muscled through it and our tank passed inspection. Before leaving he gave us advise on how to keep up our tank. Again, very knowledgeable staff. These guys were punctual, proficient and very professional. I would definitely recommend McKenna for any septic needs. I won't use anyone else.

Bob was very insistent on trying to up sell me on on a 30,000- 35,000 advanced septic system because I live in a high water area. This means that ground water is less than 15 to the surface.
The house is 50 years old with no previous history of needing and advanced treatment system. The soil in my area has very good drainage as well.
My septic problem ended up being a 7 ft long root ball. Once the root was removed from the line and a portion of the tight line replaced. The septic system passed a 30 minute water test with no problems. Check out my other post to see what company I went with.

Hi we had McKenna (Bob's Septic) come to clean out our septic system after 5+ years!! Our technician was Dave and I must say he is quite the professional in his trade!! Arrived on time as promised and followed my instructions on the best way to get down our narrow street. Very polite and informative! We intend to use McKenna (Bob's Septic) for all our service and preventative maintenance! A+++++++++. :)

We've used McKenna 3 times so far (twice on an emergency basis) and Laura is ALWAYS so kind and responsive. Dave came out exactly on time to pump our septic tanks. All went smoothly, it always does! Have also left a positive review for Bob's Septic Service (owner of McKenna) when they did repairs on our leech lines. All around excellent company.

Just had my septic tank pumped. It was a lot less than I anticipated. Very good customer service -- receptionist, guy who helped me find the 2nd septic tank cover, technician (Dave). Highly recommend.
Dave was a good guy, very helpful, explained things clearly. Recommended other service as one of the walls is crumbling.
