McCoy's Heating and Air, Inc. was started by David McCoy in 1981. A native of Jackson, David grew up in the West Jackson neighborhood. During his senior year of high school, he began working part-time for a local plumbing contractor. He soon recognized that this was the profession for him. Crawling beneath houses to fix issues was thrilling, and the compensation was attractive. His sizable service truck, marked with eye-catching lettering, is still remembered by many. The truck featured the slogan ""The Real McCoy's Heating and Air Conditioning"" on each side. Though competitors poked fun at the truck, it became a memorable symbol. Now, with more than 60 staff members, McCoy's Heating and Air, Inc. is celebrated for its outstanding service in West Tennessee.

As a Heating & Air Contractor, we focus on delivering the highest quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Born and raised in Jackson, Lanier is a local resident. Married to David McCoy's daughter, he is committed to maintaining McCoy's Heating & Air as a family-owned enterprise. His goal is to ensure it remains locally owned and operated in Jackson.
