McCoy's Heating and Air, Inc. was started by David McCoy in 1981. A native of Jackson, David grew up in the West Jackson neighborhood. In high school, he worked part-time for a plumbing contractor in the area. He quickly discovered that this was the career path he wanted. He enjoyed the challenge of working under houses and appreciated the decent pay. People often remember his big service truck, which featured bold lettering. The truck featured the slogan ""The Real McCoy's Heating and Air Conditioning"" on each side. His rivals would joke about the truck, yet it left a memorable mark. Today, boasting over 60 employees, McCoy's Heating and Air, Inc. is known for delivering top-notch service across West Tennessee.

As a Heating & Air Contractor, we focus on delivering the highest quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Born and raised in Jackson, Lanier is a local resident. He is the husband of David McCoy's daughter and is passionate about preserving McCoy's Heating & Air as a family-run business. He aims to keep it locally owned and operated right here in Jackson.
