McCoy's Heating and Air, Inc. was started by David McCoy in 1981. David, a Jackson local, spent his childhood in West Jackson. During his senior year of high school, he began working part-time for a local plumbing contractor. He soon recognized that this was the profession for him. He enjoyed the challenge of working under houses and appreciated the decent pay. His sizable service truck, marked with eye-catching lettering, is still remembered by many. The truck featured the slogan ""The Real McCoy's Heating and Air Conditioning"" on each side. His rivals would joke about the truck, yet it left a memorable mark. Today, boasting over 60 employees, McCoy's Heating and Air, Inc. is known for delivering top-notch service across West Tennessee.

As a Heating & Air Contractor, we focus on delivering the highest quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Lanier grew up in Jackson, TN, and is deeply rooted in the community. Married to David McCoy's daughter, he is committed to maintaining McCoy's Heating & Air as a family-owned enterprise. He aims to keep it locally owned and operated right here in Jackson.
