Marcos Cifuentes has been in the construction and remodeling industry for seven years. Before obtaining his licensure in 2011, he was the only apprentice to Kevin Runge - the proprietor of Runge Building Consultants (CA license 694534B) - for over five years. As an apprentice, Marcos received ample in-depth training and guidance for various types of projects (examples: residential expansions, upgrades, building projects, pipe work, power systems, finishing, etc...).

Marcos is skilled in calculating job expenses and drafting clear job proposals. He is proficient about local and state building regulations, which all licensed contractors must follow for regulatory reasons. He is also experienced in the often complex process of obtaining the necessary licensing for more extensive jobs (examples: residential additions, building projects, etc...).
