The owner, Marcos Cifuentes has been in the construction and design industry for a period of seven years. Before obtaining his licensure in 2011, he was the only apprentice to the esteemed Kevin Runge - the proprietor of Runge Building Consultants (CA license 694534B) - for a duration of five years. As an apprentice, Marcos received ample practical training and guidance for various types of projects (examples: property additions, upgrades, new construction, pipe work, power systems, finishing, etc...).

Marcos is well-versed in estimating project costs and creating easy-to-understand job proposals. He is proficient about construction regulations, which all licensed contractors must follow for legal reasons. He is also experienced in the frequently detailed process of obtaining the necessary licensing for major jobs (examples: home additions, fresh builds, etc...).
