Marcos Cifuentes has been in the construction and remodeling industry for a period of seven years. Before obtaining his contractor's license in 2011, he was the only apprentice to the esteemed Kevin Runge - founder of Runge Building Consultants (CA license 694534B) - for over five years. As an apprentice, Marcos received comprehensive hands-on training and instruction for various types of projects (examples: property additions, renovations, building projects, water systems, power systems, painting, etc...).

Marcos is well-versed in estimating project costs and creating clear job proposals. He is knowledgeable about local and state building regulations, which all licensed contractors must comply with for legal reasons. He is also experienced in the often complex process of obtaining the necessary approvals for more extensive jobs (examples: property expansions, fresh builds, etc...).
