This company works for AHS warranty. They came to my house on December 17th because I told him my toilet is making a gurgling sound in my toilet and water shoots out of my shower quickly , stops and shoots out again. The technician told me he didn't know what to do he needed to contact his supervisor and call me back. That was 5 days ago. I have not heard back from him and AHS cannot get in touch with them. This company is ripping people off.

Six hour window for a service call. I asked for a 30 minute advance notice, however, the technician was unwilling to wait 10 minutes. Missed the technician by 1 minute. Customer Service horrendously bad!

Very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced, whether using a home warranty or paying out of pocket. Mayes is my first go to for plumbing issues. I only call someone else if they are booked.

I usually would not recommend this company due to several bad experiences with them. Mayes Plumbing was assigned to me from American Homeshield to service my Sump Pump which stopped working on April 1st. I received an immediate response from Mayes Plumbing and was scheduled for April 2nd . I had a plumber by the name of Dave Knick diagnose my Sump Pump and recommended replacement. Dave immediately went to his service truck and pulled out a new Sump Pump and installed it in a timely manner. I called his office manager by the name of Katherine, which I had spoken to on several occasions with complaints. Today, I offered praise and compliments for the unsung hero of today.
I forgot to mention it was Dave Knick who finally repaired my last plumbing issue at my house. The office manager Katherine was instrumental with me getting proper service today. My last review of this company was a 1 and I wish I could have given them a 0. Today they get a 5 star review from me and I am a satisfied client. I will only use Dave Knick as my plumber from Mayes Plumbing since he has over 14 years of experience. Thanks Katherine and Dave for a job well done today...

The repair took longer than expected, but everything was installed in a couple of hours. John and his assistant were very polite and knowledgeable.

They did not bother getting a permit until after a civil citation was issued against us for not having a permit for the work. They then spent 2 months gaslighting us regarding needing a permit. They finally gave us an additional bill for getting a permit knowing time was of the essence- and still (several days later) have not even applied for the permit.

They may be licensed plumbers, but they have no idea what needs a permit- and do not rely upon what they tell you. They have no idea in regards to the permitting process- and have created a headache for everyone due to their incompetency and dishonestly. The actual plumbing work was acceptable.... so this is really more to do with their office staff and lack of knowledge of the law.

AHS/Garbage Disposal R&R.
The Technician arrived on time. Completed the task without a fuss. Disposal was completely locked up.
Technician pointed out a leak I hadn't noticed before: Sink elbow joint locknut broken. I'm skeptical b/c I didnt see any water damage. I wiil replace myself
