We had a water heater leak. Dimitar (business owner) came out right away in the evening and initially thought he could repair it and exchange the valve, but it turned out this was not possible when it broke upon unscrewing. He installed a new water heater the next day and gave me a few choices. I was happy I only had to be without hot water for half a day. Our old water heater was old, so this was in the end the better solution for us.
I appreciated his promptness to help and all information to make an informed decision. The communication was excellent. Highly recommended!

Very few these days I have seen are conscientious , honest and fair in their pricing. Dimitar is all that and more. I had called him on a Sunday afternoon to repair a leak and he told me that it would be best if we did the repairs on a weekday as it was a condominium complex. Also if there were any unforseen problems along the way, the parts place would be open on a weekday, for him to get parts, easily. When he came the second time, he couldn't do the repairs as there was a leaky valve that was leaking water into the pipe with the pinhole. To change that valve he had to come back a third time as the residents on both the upper and lower level had to be informed before we could shut off the water for all 3 units. Dimitar did not charge me extra for the trips that he had to make, worked diligently to fix my leak and left my place clean. Would definitely recommend him and also call him, if I needed any plumbing repairs done in my unit.

I came home from a long day of work on Thursday night only to find my hot shower get lukewarm then freezing cold. FML! We took a look at the water heater & there was no leak. My fiancé, Cameron, tried reigniting something (I forget what it is called), & it did not catch. I started calling around & we were getting ridiculous quotes, so we decided to try fixing it ourselves with good old YouTube because we did not believe our water heater was dead. We ordered all the parts that we needed & they would arrive on Sunday.

Sunday morning rolls around & all of the parts came in. After hours of trying to fix different parts of the water heater & watching a plethora of YouTube videos, Cam decided that our 12 year old water heater was, indeed, dead.

It was now Sunday afternoon & we needed to get a new one installed ASAP. I was at work scrambling to find someone to come by our place & so was Cam. Unfortunately, everyone I spoke to before on Thursday night could not come by to do same day installation. Cam was calling a ton of places & he was getting insane, unbelievable quotes since we needed it done same day. One quoted him $3k & I said absolutely not & asked him to call a couple more places. Thank goodness I did because he found Maxx Water Heater Service!

Cam called & Dimitar said he could do it same day & be there in a couple of hours for an AMAZING, FAIR QUOTE! Since I was at work, I did not get to meet him, but Cam told me he was super friendly, very professional, & took pride in his work. He installed a quality water heater & added a few more parts that our old heater did not have to ensure it would work perfectly.

House repairs are a nightmare, especially when the repair person tries to rip you off. But fortunately, when you meet an honest repair person with integrity like Dimitar, it makes life so much easier.

Replaced water heater. Our water heater stopped working and Dimitar offered to come out the same day but we were headed out so he came the next morning. The gas valve regulator was broken and he said he could replace just that part or the entire heater. The heater was 12+ years old so the tank was not going to last much longer so we opted to replace the whole unit. He went to buy a new one and installed it within a couple hours. A fair price for great service.
