Dimitar responded to my needs immediately, talked me thru the issues over the phone and arrived within a couple hours of my call with a new water heater since my old one was broken and not the right size to begin with. He was prompt, on time and did a professional job within a couple of hours as promised!

Wow! Amazing service I received from Dimitar, I called because my water heater stopped working and Dimitar was able to come out with in a few hours. After arriving on time, he was able to troubleshoot and figure out the problem in no time. After making sure everything was working properly he checked to see when the water heater was manufactured as we had no idea since we recently moved into the home. I admit I was skeptical with all 5 star reviews but I'm so glad I called. My first call couldn't come for 2 days but reasonable price, 2nd call couldn't quote over the phone so they came at 3 pm and gave me a very high quote and said they couldn't do it that day because it was too late. I called Here at 4:30, got a quote over the phone, half the cost of the other with a better warranty and he came at 5:30 and was done before 7:30 so my daughter could shower. Quick, easy, good work and good price. I highly recommend.

Maxx water heater and plumbing service went above and beyond any experience I have had. He came out on the evening I called after another service and it was 6:30 in the evening. He checked my water heater, listened to my questions and said I need a new one. I asked him how soon he could do it and he told me I will be there tomorrow morning at 10:00 am and will remove and dispose your old water heater and put a brand new one in. He was here the next morning right on time. He did all the work by himself and I live on Mount Helix so it was a lot of stairs and not an easy job. He was courteous , very professional, never complained and was in and out in a few hours. He went over every thing I needed to know with the new water heater and expressed if there were any issues at any time he would be back and responsible. I could not recommend any one better for price, efficiency, response and a very positive attitude!

Dimitar came over, so I explained everything, he took a look, opened some pipes cleaned them, and there was a white piece which was in one of the pipes, so he removed it, the water flow became so much better. Another company told me I needed to replace my water heater, and they told me a price tag at 1700, while Dimitar fixed the issue, and I paid only 150. Thank you very much, will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Dimitar is our go-to plumber. Over the past 2 years we've had to call him a number of times to have very rusty angle stop valves, rusty fixtures and broken pressure gauges replaced. Dimitar is always quick to respond to our calls and usually can do the repair same day, plus his prices are competitive. You won't go wrong having him assess your needs.

I would highly recommend this company. I returned from out of town to find my water heater out of commission. I spoke with several plumbers and water heater specialist and got a good idea of how much the repairs would cost me. Despite the fact that Dimitar had a very full schedule, he came to my house after hours and checked out the problem and put together a plan to get the problem fixed as quickly as possible. His labor costs were better than most and he was extremely efficient in getting the issue fixed even though there was no easy fix for this particular situation. When our water heater broke, my husband started making phone calls in the evening and Dimitri was the one who responded fast and came the next morning. He brought and changed the water heater for us. Later when we needed his help due to some other issue, despite the fact that he was on his vacation, he arranged someone to come and check it out for us.
