I admit I was skeptical with all 5 star reviews but I'm so glad I called. My first call couldn't come for 2 days but reasonable price, 2nd call couldn't quote over the phone so they came at 3 pm and gave me a very high quote and said they couldn't do it that day because it was too late. I called Here at 4:30, got a quote over the phone, half the cost of the other with a better warranty and he came at 5:30 and was done before 7:30 so my daughter could shower. Quick, easy, good work and good price. I highly recommend.

Maxx water heater and plumbing service went above and beyond any experience I have had. He came out on the evening I called after another service and it was 6:30 in the evening. He checked my water heater, listened to my questions and said I need a new one. I asked him how soon he could do it and he told me I will be there tomorrow morning at 10:00 am and will remove and dispose your old water heater and put a brand new one in. He was here the next morning right on time. He did all the work by himself and I live on Mount Helix so it was a lot of stairs and not an easy job. He was courteous , very professional, never complained and was in and out in a few hours. He went over every thing I needed to know with the new water heater and expressed if there were any issues at any time he would be back and responsible. I could not recommend any one better for price, efficiency, response and a very positive attitude!

Dimitar came over, so I explained everything, he took a look, opened some pipes cleaned them, and there was a white piece which was in one of the pipes, so he removed it, the water flow became so much better. Another company told me I needed to replace my water heater, and they told me a price tag at 1700, while Dimitar fixed the issue, and I paid only 150. Thank you very much, will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Dimitar is our go-to plumber. Over the past 2 years we've had to call him a number of times to have very rusty angle stop valves, rusty fixtures and broken pressure gauges replaced. Dimitar is always quick to respond to our calls and usually can do the repair same day, plus his prices are competitive. You won't go wrong having him assess your needs.

I would highly recommend this company. I returned from out of town to find my water heater out of commission. I spoke with several plumbers and water heater specialist and got a good idea of how much the repairs would cost me. Despite the fact that Dimitar had a very full schedule, he came to my house after hours and checked out the problem and put together a plan to get the problem fixed as quickly as possible. His labor costs were better than most and he was extremely efficient in getting the issue fixed even though there was no easy fix for this particular situation. I will call him first for any problems in the future and I will recommend him to my friends.

When our water heater broke, my husband started making phone calls in the evening and Dimitri was the one who responded fast and came the next morning. He brought and changed the water heater for us. Later when we needed his help due to some other issue, despite the fact that he was on his vacation, he arranged someone to come and check it out for us. Great service! Our water heater was going out after 15 years. We spent three days setting up appointments with different plumbers and some would quote us an outrageous price and some just wouldn't show up. I decided to search yelp and I came across Maxx Water Heater Service, I called Dimitar and he quoted a price over the phone and we agreed to a free estimate. Dimitar said he would be by between 3 & 4 pm. He call about 2 pm. And asked if he could come early, I said absolutely!

As soon as he arrived he was very professional and checked out our heater and said all was good and he could get it done in two hours. He had the heater in his van and started working right away. This guy is awesome! Got it done in two hours replaced some lines and completed the job! I could tell Dimitar takes pride in his work and knows what he's doing. It is nice to conduct business with a professional and honest person! Thank you for a job well done. We will be calling him back for some more work that is needed around here. I definitely would recommend him! No hidden or extra fees
