Leak was not significant but enough to raise awareness that it's just a matter of time before it leads to an emergency replacement. With the professional help of Dimitar, he assisted us with an informed decision process and gave us a fair and competitive price to replace with new. Water heater rusted out and we discovered it at about 9am. I called Dimitar based on the excellent Yelp reviews and he asked for pictures of the water heater and said he could be there in 3 hours and have it replaced that day. All went perfectly as planned. Great service and fair price. He's very professional and friendly, and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Of course our water heater waited for a global pandemic before it started leaking! Can't complain too much, it was 19 years old. In any case, Dimitar from Maxx Water Heater Service to the rescue! I obtained a few quotes before speaking with Dimitar. Within an hour of speaking to him he was at my door, provided an excellent quote and said the job could be done right away. We opted for a new 40 gal storage tank. He started draining the old and went to pick up a new one. Within 45 min he was back and got to work! He took care to make sure the setup and all connections were done well. I do a fair amount of home improvement and it was impressive to watch him work meticulously. Four hours after discovering the leak, had a new heater and piping hot water flowing again. Great price. Great service. Excellent job. Thanks Dimitar!

I requested to have new valve replacement and a Bidet installed for all my bathroom and Dimitar gave me not just a quote but a ""great advice"" on the bidet I bought. I have to replace what I bought and buy a better one that will last me longer than what I got.

I called him on Sunday and he asked me for a pic of my broken water heater . As soon as he got the pic contacted me and said he can take care of it as soon as tomorrow morning . Reasonable price , hassle free business, professional with 1 year labor warranty.
I asked him to take care of City Permit as well and he offered me the service for reasonable extra charge as well .

Our outdoor water heater stopped working Friday morning. I couldn't take a shower. I thought ""This stinks."" We have a home warranty which is usually as useful as ice cubes in Antarctica. They had their contractor come out and provide an estimate. They were nice people, thorough and informative. However, they couldn't install the new water heater until Tuesday. I can go a day or so without a hot shower, but 5 days? We would need to hire an exterminator to get rid of the flies.

So, all day Friday I sent requests here on Yelp. Most of the requests to the companies on Yelp either couldn't do it quickly or their prices were 2-3 times as high as what we knew they should be. One person was just downright rude. We called Home Depot and Lowes. Both were as useful as... well, ice cubes in... you get it. Calling the big box stores was terrible. When we called we were on hold for almost an hour. We got disconnected. When we finally reached the correct department, they didn't listen to what we needed. One manager said his vendor would call us in a few minutes. 2 hours later, no call. It was a most frustrating experience. We were starting to lose hope.

My son was helping me to research this to find someone that could come to our rescue. He found Maxx Water Heater Service and spoke to Dimitar. He gave him all of the details and we sent him photos. He gave us a reasonable quote. He also understood the urgency and made himself available to come out the next day.

He showed up as scheduled and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Not only did he replace the existing water heater, but he improved on it a great deal. Not only did he meet our expectations but he greatly exceeded them. The installation is not only up to code and better than before it looks nice in the enclosure he built. As this is an outdoor unit, that was important to us.

It's a relief to have our hot water back. But it's also a relief to find a reliable, efficient and kind business person to work with. Our neighbors are relieved as well. The old eyesore of a water heater is gone and we no longer smell bad! ;-)

Dimitar first helped us a couple of years ago when our water heater spontaneously leaked while we were out of town. The leak extended into our adjoining neighbor's home, completely flooding most of her first floor. He came quickly to remove the old water heater and set us up with a temporary one until the drywall repairs and restoration were complete. The price for everything was reasonable and he was on time and very polite. At that time I advised my neighbor to change her water heater with him as well but she put it off and a month later, after the water damage was all fixed, her water heater broke and caused more damage. This was a wake up call on how important it is to keep on top of maintaining and changing your water heater because living in torn up drywall and carpeting with super loud fans blowing in your house for several weeks can make you crazy! We now flush it every year and we just had Dimitar install an anode to help prolong the life of the water heater. Very, very satisfied and would 100% recommend him!

He came the next day and did the replacement - professional, on time, cleaned up after. I had higher quotes from several other plumbers, none who could do the service as quickly. Highly recommend!

We had to turn off the gas during our kitchen remodel and then could not get the water heater pilot re-lit after turning the gas back on. I requested a quote (at 9 p.m.) via Yelp and Dimitar, the owner, responded within 10 minutes, scheduled an appointment for the next morning and arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem quickly (a clogged gas line) and fixed it in a few minutes for a very reasonable fee. Excellent, responsive and honest -- deserves the highest marks for service and honesty.
