I have called Max Plumbing several times over the past few years. He has always been so professional, nice and very fair. I really appreciate his honesty. This morning I called him about not having much hot water in my tank. He checked it and said it was turned down too low. He said, "I can install a new tank, if you want one, but try this first. " He came back a couple of hours later to check on it. The water was very hot. This is why I always call Max.

I have a rental property in Killeen and my renter called me and said that there was no hot water. I called these guys about 10:30am, he said he could be there within a couple hours. Showed up had it back up and running in about 45 min. The price was reasonable with a fast turn around. I will definitely be saving their number for future plumbing needs.

Call Max's Plumbing 4 times and everytime I call he would give me a day that he was going to do the job when that day came up call him in the morning he say oh I can't do it today call me back on this day and everytime I call him back he could not do the job. This went on about 3 weeks so I got somebody else to do the job. Hope the next time I need some plumbing work I can get him in a reason amount of time because I have heard nothing but good thing about him and his work.

Called Max with a clogged up garbage disposal, and he showed up within 20 minutes. He then walked me thru how to fix it should the problem arise again, which seems like a bad business move if you ask me. Lol.

Cleared the clog in about 10 minutes, and we're good to go. Excellent service!!!

Mr. Max & Joey showed up and helped me out when no one else could or would. He explained the fixes and was reasonable on price. Got the job done quickly. Note: he only takes cash or check to insure that he can offer customers the lowest price possible.

Outstanding service!! My water heater had busted a hole on the top yesterday on Sunday of all days. I called Max's plumbing this morning, they were very prompt coming out to check out my water heater, told me how much it was and completed the job the same day! Hands down a great plumbing company. Thanks Max's plumbing for taking care of me and my family! No cold shower tonight!
He came out again today, my second water heater busted, hands down the best plumber. He is awesome!!

Honest man and unbeatable prices! I called around the Killeen area and was being quoted triple the amount. I had already connected the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink but grew frustrated when I realized my pipes were inches from connecting. He finished in such a short amount of time and apologized for being out of the time window. Although, he did call as soon as he was on his way. I will save his number for all my future plumbing needs. He's gained a loyal customer from here on out.

Called and set up a same day appointment to unstop my sewer line. Well simply put no one ever showed up despite my two calls confirming that they were in fact coming the same day. Didn't even get a call to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it.
