Honest man and unbeatable prices! I called around the Killeen area and was being quoted triple the amount. I had already connected the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink but grew frustrated when I realized my pipes were inches from connecting. He finished in such a short amount of time and apologized for being out of the time window. Although, he did call as soon as he was on his way. I will save his number for all my future plumbing needs. He's gained a loyal customer from here on out.

I was desperate over a leak I had outside. Max was here so fast, got the job done quickly and well. His fees are reasonable and his work is excellent. I will use him again and recommend him to others.

Called and set up a same day appointment to unstop my sewer line. Well simply put no one ever showed up despite my two calls confirming that they were in fact coming the same day. Didn't even get a call to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it.

Max's Plumbing is great! My kitchen sink was stopped up and he came over and fixed it in 10 minutes. He's a good honest man and does good work. I will definitely use him again.

I used Max years ago and was very pleased. I lost his number and was very upset when I needed him now. But came to Yelp and here he is!! He came and fixed my plumbing needs to our tub. I needed to get an additional piece because I had a specific color bought. He did what he could and came back the next day and finished without additional charges! Awesome customer service and work!!

Called this business (Max) about 10am. Said he'd be able to come this afternoon. I explained to him that my toilet would flush but was very slow to fill up. Definitely not an emergency. First impression when I called the number, he said Hello. That's it. Didn't state his business or greeting. About 1245 I called back to find out what "afternoon" time he would be coming by and he said around 3pm, ok good because I had a dental appointment at 1pm. Not 15 minutes later he calls and asks what time my appointment was as he could come by now. No. So I come home about 2:30 to await his arrival. Around 3:30 I call him back to find out what the hold up was, again not professional at all and states he was finishing a job and he would be on his way soon. 4pm, nothing. About 4:30 he shows up, no business shirt or anything stating his brand, and I show him the issue. He has to LEAVE and go purchase the part! After I had explained on the phone what was wrong in the first place. So, a $4 seal and a loose chain he just broke off later, tries to charge me $87! I said, you were late and didn't have the parts on hand, don't I get some kind of discount? At first he says no and then he, out of the kindness of his heart, knocks off $7 so it's a flat $80. NEVER again will I use this business! Very unprofessional and unprepared.

I called about a toilet that wouldn't flush, they told me someone would be there soon and he arrived here within the hour. Got the problem fixed quickly, the cost was fair and not unreasonable. Happy I called, will definitely call again if needed.

after calling all the big name plumbers, these guys were able to do repairs that the others said couldn't be done ! and about half the price on both labor with no un needed parts added to the bill. they've saved my floors more than once, very reasonably at that. i'll never call another company for an emergency plumbing issue again

Absolutely amazing!! Called at 4pm on a Friday because our water heater was leaking. Said he would be over as soon as he was done with his other job. Called back within 15 minutes saying he was on the way. Checked out what we needed went and got the parts and we had a fully functioning water heater by 6pm! Found my new plumber.
