Where do I start? MWS is my new go to for everything water softener / RO systems. Tim was very responsive from my fist reach out, he listened to what I needed, had solutions that fit my needs and made recommendations on how to move forward. His time and attention gave me the information I needed to make the right decision about the water for my entire house, including the water my family drinks every day. MWS kept the process simple and the pricing for the equipment and services were very reasonable. MWS isn't the biggest operation in the valley, as they are a small family run business, but they are one of the best. You won't be disappointed.

""Great until it Breaks"" Very courtious during your purchase, even good pricing, until you need service. This owner only wants new business and nothing to due with future service calls. Be aware of best pricing as i would recommend someone else that wants all your business as these units will eventually break.

Very disappointed in Tim's customer service!! he is very knowledgeable and the work was completed without problems and the price was good but he insisted on payment with either cash, Venmo, or Zelle and then he wouldn't give me a receipt. I've tried to call him 3 times and sent 3 messages and he will not return my attempts. all I want is a receipt for the work. what's going to happen if I need service on the system from him and what about the warranty!

Really disappointed with Tim and this company. I am at my one year for my RO and water softener and I reached out to him 3 weeks ago about getting my RO filters replaced. For 3 weeks I had to continuously text him to get a response and finally we settled on an appointment for April 3rd between 9-9:30 AM. Surprise surprise he no showed. No text or call or any communication that he wasn't coming. Honestly should just tell people at the install that he will take your money and all customer service after the fact will be non existent. Looking at the one stars reviews, the little to no communication after the install and no shows for appointments seems to be a pattern. Buyer be ware.
I have been recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends. He actually did my buddies house but I will no longer recommend. Great example of taking a loyal customer and turning them into detractor. Not a good way to run business.

Let's start with Tim. This man is by far the most upstanding, caring, and honest/fair businessman that I have ever met, and that is saying a lot as all I deal with is business people in my role at work. This man genuinely cares about his clients and doesn't just treat people as a paycheck. The relationship doesnt just end when the system is installed and deal is done. This man CARES about his customers!!

Next, let's talk about the product. WWWWOOOOWWWW is all I can say. This product is far superior over the competition, and the warranty is NEXT LEVEL. I am a hard individual to please, but this product checks all boxes and the ownership is next level. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

Highly recommend this company! Was on Facebook and Tom had responded to someone so I shot him a message. It was off hours and he took the time to help and came out the next day. I was totally blown away by his willingness to help us and went above and beyond. We will be using them moving forward.
