Very disappointed in Tim's customer service!! he is very knowledgeable and the work was completed without problems and the price was good but he insisted on payment with either cash, Venmo, or Zelle and then he wouldn't give me a receipt. I've tried to call him 3 times and sent 3 messages and he will not return my attempts. all I want is a receipt for the work. what's going to happen if I need service on the system from him and what about the warranty!

Really disappointed with Tim and this company. I am at my one year for my RO and water softener and I reached out to him 3 weeks ago about getting my RO filters replaced. For 3 weeks I had to continuously text him to get a response and finally we settled on an appointment for April 3rd between 9-9:30 AM. Surprise surprise he no showed. No text or call or any communication that he wasn't coming. Honestly should just tell people at the install that he will take your money and all customer service after the fact will be non existent. Looking at the one stars reviews, the little to no communication after the install and no shows for appointments seems to be a pattern. Buyer be ware.
I have been recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends. He actually did my buddies house but I will no longer recommend. Great example of taking a loyal customer and turning them into detractor. Not a good way to run business.

Where do I even begin with this company???

Let's start with Tim. This man is by far the most upstanding, caring, and honest/fair businessman that I have ever met, and that is saying a lot as all I deal with is business people in my role at work. This man genuinely cares about his clients and doesn't just treat people as a paycheck. The relationship doesnt just end when the system is installed and deal is done. This man CARES about his customers!!

Next, let's talk about the product. WWWWOOOOWWWW is all I can say. This product is far superior over the competition, and the warranty is NEXT LEVEL. I am a hard individual to please, but this product checks all boxes and the ownership is next level. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

Highly recommend this company! Was on Facebook and Tom had responded to someone so I shot him a message. It was off hours and he took the time to help and came out the next day. I was totally blown away by his willingness to help us and went above and beyond. We will be using them moving forward.

Tim and Joey installed our water softener / whole home filtration along with an RO system and we're thrilled with the job they did and products that were installed.

They are both very experienced, highly knowledgeable, professional, and seem like all around good guys. Even got some tips from Tim on using the new system to wash our vehicles and by the time they left we felt extremely comfortable using our newly installed systems.

We'll be calling Maximum Water Solutions to replace our ancient water heater in a month or so and couldn't be happier that we found these guys online.

Highly recommend Maximum Water Solutions. This father-son duo is very professional and their work is top notch. They installed a new water softener system on my home and I was new to water softeners. They respectfully answered all my questions and after having this system for a year I haven't had a single issue!

I replaced my entire system with these guys and paid over $1,100. Three days later I started having issues with it when it went through a cycle, making hard knocking sounds and waking up the entire family at 3:00am. I messaged Tim immediately with a video and it took them days to respond. After weeks of back and forth, they finally told me our water pressure was too high.
This is something I cannot adjust myself and they should have tested when installing a new system.
I've been patient and it's been months because they ""cannot find the time to come out my way"" I'm south of Cave Creek, but they sure were quick to show up when I wanted to spend money on a brand new system.
Horrible customer service, cannot get a call back on their phone line or messenger because they know it's me and they dont want to help. Now I have to call around to another company to finish the job that these guys started. I've even offered to compensate them to come out and fix the issue!!
You can buy a system from anyone, it's customer service that keeps people - Would absolutely not recommend and will be working to make this known until it's fixed :(
