Wasted over a week of my time stating they were competent to install a recirculation pump. After waiting for the installation and turning down other plumbers with Todd's convincing me that he purchased the exact OEM parts to solve my issue, his plumber IAN started the install. I came back out 30 minutes later and he told me it wasn't the right part and they didn't know what they were doing and that my unit could not handle a pump. Why did you wait over a week then to tell me you had no idea what you were doing? Ridiculous waste of time for incompetence.

Max and his team are true professionals. They are prompt, do work the right way, and are completely trustworthy. I have no problem letting his guys come and go if I have to run errands or goto work. This is our second home, which he has repiped, replaced our water heater, and fixed a sewage line. He also worked on our last home replacing old galvanized piping. 5 stars all day! Great business and great team. I will never use anyone else!

I had a huge leak and drainage issues in my 1950's home. MSP solved the issue promptly and spent days troubleshooting the draining issue which involved re-plumbing the drainage pipes. They got everything up and running and were prompt, communicative so I didn't worry and effective so I could get back to work. Pepe came to the rescue and he is a hard worker, I knew I was in good hands. If you're reading this review, trust me you found the right plumbers to get the job done!

Max and his team are reliable, punctual, reasonably priced and communicative throughout whatever repair needs to be made. They give you up front quotes and deliver results as expectations dictate, no matter the problem. We've used them for everything from clogs, to major pipe replacement, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for plumbing repairs both in my house, and in the rental property I manage. I've referred them to multiple friends, who've been equally impressed!

Max Solon Plumbing has done work on my home for two different projects now. First time was to install a new hot water heater. The second time was to repair a toilet drain line that someone else had repaired incorrectly and had started to leak. Both times, Max Solon's plumbers exceeded my expectations. We seem to have a yearly January 'date' with Max Solon Plumbing. And although no one wants to have an issue, this company is our go-to for plumbing issues. Things always break on the weekend, as we all know. This time, the kitchen sink backed up. Luckily, we were able to wait until Tuesday for the first available time slot. The text indicating Pepe was enroute brought smiles. He arrived at the time he said he would. He analyzed the issue, went on the roof to clean the main line and provided a maintenance program (baking soda & white vinegar in sink drain overnight every two weeks). Apparently, there is grease buildup no matter how careful you are in the kitchen. Pepe made us laugh when he said I've been here before. I remember walking over your roof. He left with the promise we see him January 2024 (hmm, just great lol) We highly recommend this company. I almost forgot. Pictures of the issue are emailed with the invoice.
