Totally awesome! We broke a pipe in our main line during some land clearing work. Nate took the call and got us scheduled within five minutes. Tyler dispatched on time and had the problem cured in a little over an hour. Exactly what we expected - friendly, fair, and fixed!

I had Max Solon Plumbing do some work for me today. Pepe worked in the bathroom and Tyler did the video inspection of my sewer line. These guys are hard working and did the job right. Thank you so much to Tyler coming to my rescue today on such short notice! I had a leak develop spraying water under my kitchen sink. Turning the water valve off didn't stop it. Tyler had the leak fixed soon after he arrived! He was very efficient, tidy and nice. He explained things that made it easy for me to understand what was going on!

Wasted over a week of my time stating they were competent to install a recirculation pump. After waiting for the installation and turning down other plumbers with Todd's convincing me that he purchased the exact OEM parts to solve my issue, his plumber IAN started the install. I came back out 30 minutes later and he told me it wasn't the right part and they didn't know what they were doing and that my unit could not handle a pump. Why did you wait over a week then to tell me you had no idea what you were doing? Ridiculous waste of time for incompetence.

We seem to have a yearly January 'date' with Max Solon Plumbing. And although no one wants to have an issue, this company is our go-to for plumbing issues. Things always break on the weekend, as we all know. This time, the kitchen sink backed up. Luckily, we were able to wait until Tuesday for the first available time slot. The text indicating Pepe was enroute brought smiles. He arrived at the time he said he would. He analyzed the issue, went on the roof to clean the main line and provided a maintenance program (baking soda & white vinegar in sink drain overnight every two weeks). Apparently, there is grease buildup no matter how careful you are in the kitchen. Pepe made us laugh when he said I've been here before. I remember walking over your roof. He left with the promise we see him January 2024 (hmm, just great lol) We highly recommend this company. I almost forgot. Pictures of the issue are emailed with the invoice.
