As good an experience as it could be spending money, lol. Mauzy made the whole process of replacing an AC unit and Heater quick and easy. They were very professional and a good value when compared to some other companies prices and availability. They were very punctual to all appointments. Knowledgeable and talked us through every step and process. Quick and easy installation. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Mauzy replaced Sherlock and is doing every bit as good a job. Sherlock did the plumbing work during our kitchen remodel three years ago. Mauzy is now replacing our 10-year-old rusting water heater. Experienced and friendly crews show up even with already busy days to complete work as promised.

Mauzy did my HVAC yearly service the other day. Ezra Perez was the technician sent. He was outstanding and I highly recommend him. He is extremely qualified and one of the most courteous and pleasant technicians I've ever used. Besides the normal servicing, he also adjusted the airflow at several grills, fixed the damn clock on the thermostat and provided information on the recommended replacement filter. Totally satisfied, thank you Mauzy.

I called Mauzy to have an HVAC inspected since the heater wasn't working and they said they couldn't do it. I offered to pay for the service and still wouldn't come. They don't care about relationships, they just want a quick larger jobs and getting your money.

I had the same experience as Shanah C. Initial experience was great - good enough that I enrolled in their Smart Membership. Wanted to do some electrical and plumbing improvements (new water heater) and spent over a month trying to get basic answers (terms of the water heater warranty) and work scheduled. Every person I spoke to had a different answer. Was gaslit by the front office staff saying they'd been trying to call me - no missed calls / no voicemails. Was escalated to a dedicated program manager so all communication would go through him. Followed up almost daily for a week - still somehow unable to get $4k+ in work scheduled. The lack of communication was entirely unacceptable and finally I had to cancel the work. I have never written a yelp review - honestly I feel like they are usually just an outlet for complaints. But the experience was bad enough that I hope others won't waste their time. If something went wrong on a job, they left me with 0 confidence that I'd even be able to get in contact with someone to fix it. The only reason I scored them 2 stars is because all experiences with the technicians were positive, but ultimately the office staff and lack of responsiveness lost my business. Proceed with caution.

I made the mistake of getting a whole new hvac system with Sherlock heating not knowing they were being sold to Mauzy. They were a pricey but I wanted a good service company at the time because I wanted someone dependable and felt the money was worth it. I did hear bad things about Mauzy before hand so I was worry. Less than a year of getting a buy new system it has issues when I call to get it address I usually have to wait a week before I get a call back. I have a nest dial that automatically heats even when I set it off. When I call them usually takes a month to show up and they have shown up 3 times ! to address this. This process has taken months to finally get a call saying that I was right and needs to be replace. I was told they will call me back to schedule a appointment weeks ago. When you call them directly you are sent to a third party and every time. I am pretty sure all they are train to do is collect the info and forward it. Since every time I call I get the same answer ""Ok, I will forward this information and someone will get back to you. Usually this takes days before I get a response. I am going to call again 3/21/25 about this issue that seems that they do not care to address.

Scam artists through and through. Their strategy is to use over priced repair costs to upsell you to a new unit. In my case a water heater and HVAC. They also use scare tactics to make you think you have major issues when you don't. In a pinch I had them out to repair my water heater. Told me the cost of repairs would cost more than the heater itself. So I let them con me into a new one. Afterwards did my research and made some phone calls. I paid double to triple what I should have for a new water heater installation. But furthermore had a few plumbers and handymen come out and told me the repairs could've been done for $100 or less. So in our thousands and definitely learned my lesson. Don't rush these things. Ask around. See who know who. See what reddit says. DO NOT TRUST MAUZY!

Now the HVAC. I got an insoection as part of my mauzy membership. Same tactic. Telling me there's a fully burner on furnace and carbon monoxide in my vents. Wanted 15-25k to replace HVAC. Well in 24 hours I've had SIX yes 6 different companies out here PLUS 3 mom and pop shops and 2 handymen. All have given me prices 8-12k for new HVAC and all of the above have said my burners are fine and they detect absolutely zero carbon monoxide. These other companies laugh at mauzy and said they hear these things about then very often. Also, fun fact, 2 people who came out are previous mauzy employees and they gave me the inside scoop on their view on warranties and sales tactics etc. stay away from mauzy. Wish I could get my thousands back. But again, thank you for teaching me a lesson. Only way you can still be in business is by taking advantage of people like myself. Do your homework. Call around.

I couldn't have gotten a better deal somewhere else. Staff was friendly while keeping professional and installed my A/C and heater in one day. Plus they gave me a great price with 0% interest for 60 months. Overall supper please with my purchase.

It took a day to get someone onsite. He took one look at my furnace and suggested replacing the whole unit. When I asked if he could fix it for now, he verbally quoted my $2500 to replace a $160 part. I called someone else and they fixed it in about 3 hours from the time I called for $225.
