This company is amazing. From communication throughout the day letting us know the status of our technicians arrival, to Luis, our incredible tech! Luis was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient while I asked a ton of questions so I could learn more about our ac. We laughed about the condition of our filter, (4 dogs creates another small dog in your filter, so replace your filters!!!!), and he educated me about how a clogged filter can affect so many other parts of your ac unit. I know now the process and I will be diligent! Thank you Luis and Mauzy for such a great experience and for fixing our ac in the heat of summer! We will only be using Mauzy from now on for any ac and hearing needs! Our dogs REALLY thank you

I purchased an AC unit from Sherlock Heating & Air, formerly a family owned business. It has since moved to Mauzy Plumbing Heating & Cooling. I scheduled what I thought was a cleaning for my AC unit. When I called on May 24th I was offered a $99 special where they would also check my plumbing and heating. GREAT! Not so great. The Plumber came and looked at a water heater, enclosed inside my home. He said the serial number on your heater is greater than 7 years so you should replace it. Huh? Do you see any corrosion or leakage I asked? No, the serial number says you need to replace it was the answer. The AC cleaning has been schedule since that time and they continue to cancel the appointment saying they are short staffed and then I was told this was only for them to look at it, not clean it. It would be an estimated charge for cleaning. Again, I was mislead, Mauzy has not kept their appointments and they are just looking to find things they can charge you for. One good thing is after holding my $99 for months they are refunding me, thank you, but I might have to wait up to 14 business days (3-weeks) for that.
I never have posted anything on yelp, this is a first. As you can imagine, I'm upset.
