Best reliable, honest, and efficient person we have ever met.... He came to our house to unclog a drain in the bathroom ... Before that my husband tried to fix the problem himself but couldn't and I call Mauro and he got to our house even before his schedule time wish we really appreciate and got to work right away ... He told my husband that whatever he had done before him had clear the clog and that we didn't need to pay him but that if we wanted to ensure that everything was clear he could run his tools thru the drain and we opted to to that, have him check everything and on top of that he installed the toilet my husband had removed the day before....I really recommend him.... I highly recommend Mauro's services. He and his assistant had to come out to our house twice for a problem that was connected to our sewer line. We found out that we have to contend with the bigger issue of a sewer lateral replacement (darn those clay pipes!), but Mauro gave us some sound advice and was able to get our plumbing temporarily running until we get the big job done. Service was great and Amy was a pleasure to work with. She always kept us apprised of their timing.

OMG! I agree with the others. This guy is AWESOME!!!! We were so expecting an expensive, depressing experience. But I'm happy to say the opposite. Mauro came when he said he would - on a Saturday. He took care of replacing a thermal coupler on our water heater, fixed a broken pipe under our one story house and cleared out blockage in our pipes. All in one hour. He used his time efficiently and was nice to be around. The pricing left us with a grin on our faces, as we were expecting so much worse. Will be recommending him to everyone I see. A+ indeed.

Sometimes you get service so good you just have to get on yelp to rave about it. This is one of them. These guys were amazing, helpful, friendly, and patiently taught me how to relight every pilot in the house and clearly explained everything they had done. A+

WOW! This guy is AWESOME! He is Honest and Sincere, just as much as he is handsome! Mauro and his assistant replaced a hot water heater in a rental property I own. They were professional and did a wonderful job -even shared maintenance tips.

The same day, he pointed out a BREAK IN THE MAIN sewer outlet pipe (he stated his nose doesn't lie). And sure enough, several feel under the dirt, there was a large crack with putrid gray water seeping into a hole right beneath my foundation -a muddy mess! He repaired it all, same day!

My experience with Mauro was the best it could be considering what we had to deal with; a plugged up septic system! I had called another plumber who told me they would be there by 1pm. At 1:15 they called to say they were behind schedule and would be there in 45 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later I called Mauro since no one had shown up and my calls went to voice mail. I called Mauro and the receptionist was very nice; said she would get back to me to let me know if Mauro could come that day. within ten minutes she called and told me Mauro would be at my home between 5-6. He showed up promptly at 5 and quickly assessed the situation; it wasn't roots in the clean-out from the clean-out down the hill but roots in the drain between the house and the clean-out. He had to roto-rooter the shower and the toilet several times to be sure the line was clear. Not only did Mauro do a great job in an efficient manner but he is a delightful person to talk to. He told me about his daughter as well as his family in Brazil. I was delighted with his friendly disposition and clear understanding of how to get the job done without wasting his time and my money. I would definitely recommend Mauro and will be sure to call him if this ever happens again.

Called and spoke to any to schedule a visit from a plumber. I asked for a next day service and she called the plumbers and made arrangements to accommodate me. She further said but hold on I win speak to Mauro and maybe he can help otherwise. Sure as day, Mauro called me and isn't ducted me to do something with my garbage disposal unit to fix what he believed was broken and it fixed the situation with ni need for a plumber. He is very honest and so are his employees. Furthermore. They went above and beyond and called me late that evening. Confirm that the issue was resolved and to assure me hey we re available in case we needed anything else. Definitely using them for any plumbing needs.

Mauro came out to our house to look at a serious leak on a Saturday. It was an emergency, as we could not use most of our plumbing until it could be fixed. He showed us photos of the leak (under our house), made very logical recommendations, and arranged for the permanent fix to be made first thing on Monday. Really great, skilled service for a good price.

Called Mauro's first thing in the morning after discovering holes in the kitchen sink pipes. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and helped get someone out to fix my issue asap. Mauro was at my house within an hour to fix the issue! I was back using my sink in no time. He was super nice and he was also considerate of my 5 week old baby, even taking off his shoes to come in the house. Definitely recommend!
