Over the years, I have called upon Maui Plumbing numerous times (too many to count), for repair services and appliance installation. I cannot say enough good things about those guys. They are very professional... from the initial phone call until the job is done. They see it thru and back up their work!

Maui plumbing was a great help. I went to lowes to just get information about dryers because mine was broken and not rotating. A lowes employee suggested Maui plumbing and they were able to come 5 days later, 9 days earlier than sears. The plumber came, took a look, opened everything up, and provided me a lot of information about washers. Unfortunately, I decided to just get a new one because mine was 8 years old. They were really helpful and Susan is so nice! I will keep their number for future plumbing needs.

**This review is based solely on how the front office behavior and does not reflect any services rendered.** Spoke with a woman named Lori in the office today, about when a tech would be out to simply remove a clog in our tub drain. She told my bf earlier this week she was putting us on the schedule for someone to come on Thursday (today) between 10am-12pm, to work on it. Perfect! So today, 11:00am rolls around and no tech has arrived yet. I call to confirm that someone is in fact still coming and Lori tells me that no tech will be arriving within the ""estimated time"" they gave us and I needed reschedule. We are going out of town for 2wks, TOMORROW. They knew this. I asked if another tech could come out or if they could come later in the afternoon, she told me no with no explanation. Every other time, the people who make appointments are very nice, understanding and work with us to accommodate our schedule. She was very rude and unwilling to help, I figured she was on her phone not paying any attention to my complaint because I kept hearing her phone go off in the background. I've worked in this kind of industry before so I understand if techs work past their time and if other problems arise, jobs can take too long, it's certainly happened before with Maui Plumbing! It's customary to call first thing in the AM if you don't think you'll be able to make the appointment so THEN it's appropriate to reschedule. Not when the customer calls you wondering where you are because YOUR company said you'd be there, and you're not. As faithful customers who have been very satisfied with their service in the past, I hoped they would at least respect us and our appointment and inform us (or at least our property mgmt) ahead of time that no one will be able to service our tub today. Not too sure what's going on today in their office but that is not how you treat customers for YOUR company's mistake.

Bottom line: professional and trustworthy, worth the money. I came back to update my review of Maui Plumbing but I realized that I never left a review.. so here goes. This was my second time using them for minor residential plumbing stuff and there is a reason I decided to use them again. The first time, I needed a cartridge in my shower in a semi-emergency kind of way. They got it done quickly and professionally. I usually try and watch and learn and they had lots of pointers and tips. The second time they came out and had a fix I could try on my own first to save money - thanks for that guys! It is service like this that earns you a repeat customer, a yelp review, and referrals to my friends when it comes up.

Very disappointed. Poor quality, high price. Master Bath toilet and guest shower doesn't work. It's been 4 weeks and they won't come back to fix these items after we paid them over $10,000.

We had Dan Cardenas of Maui Plumbing come to our Maui condo to install a dishwasher and a kitchen sink recently. Shortly after Dan left I noticed that it was leaking where Dan connected the dishwasher supply line hose to the shut off valve. I called Dan and said that there was a problem with his work. Dan blamed the leak on a recently installed shut off valve and said it would be $185 + to return. I took the leaking connection apart myself, saw that the rubber gasket was not seated properly, applied teflon tape, put it back together and no leak! Maui Plumbing does not charge an hourly rate, they charge a flat rate. Dan explained that they could make more money that way. Dan rushed through the job, while swearing almost non stop, gave me a poorly done leaky job and then would not correct his faulty work without charging me more money. My experience with Dan Cardenas and Maui Plumbing was terrible and I would not recommend them! They did a bad job for me and are not ethical enough to back up their work.

I noticed a leak in my kitchen and called Maui Plumbing. A tech was scheduled and I was sent an email confirmation. I received a call an hour before my scheduled time confirming service. Jeremy showed up to take a look at the kitchen sink. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He explained what was going on clearly and accurately. He provided options and went from there. I am pleased to have my kitchen up and running. From start to finish this was an awesome experience. I'd definitely call them for all my plumbing needs!!

I own a Condo in west Maui, and had a cronic leaking toilet. Toilet looked brand new but replacing the wax ring wasn't doing the job. My tech Tim was persistent and wouldn't give up, he came out three times trying to remedy the problem! Yes I eventually baught a new toilet and he installed it...problem solved! No extra charge for failed attempts. Also Troy with dispatch was very pleasant to deal with Good job
