Needed a backflow test on a property I manage and MP were one of the certified recommended businesses for completing the work and submitting the permit. When I called the office they were very helpful and I managed to get an appointment a week out. Jacob arrived and did a great job, was very professional and friendly and when he explained there were 2 backflows on the property I got him to do both to save time in the future and to make sure everything was up to date. Jacob is emailing the test results to the appropriate authority and me so I will update if there are any problems, although Im sure there wont be as he was right on top of things and knew his job 100% Jacob = 10/10

I been a contractor on Maui for 30 yrs. My main waterline broke. I called other plumbers and it was the same excuse everytime. Two weeks or more for a service call. Maui Plumbing arrived on time, and did a great job. A week later I had them come out and move 2 washing machines. And when I build my cottage I know who to call. Thanks again Ejr

Unfortunately I had issues with plumbing and a flood and a hot water heater. Long story short had three different teams of their employees come out they were all very respectful and honest. Highly recommend this company whatever you do do not use Lahaina plumbing!

They did plumbing work for me at my home. Their work is way below average. Pipes protruding outwards instead of within the walls. They don't even cover the holes that the pipes have gone through. Because of that I'm having insects inside my home. They did shortcuts instead of doing it to code. They ruined my kitchen cabinets. Etc.. It's a nightmare! Don't ever use this company!.

Can't say enough good things about Maui Plumbing. I had a water line burst behind my wall. I called numerous plumbers, everyone was booked up solid. Maui Plumbing returns my after hours call the next morning, and sent someone to my house that day. The plumber (Chris?) has all the necessary tools in his van, including a jackhammer, as my water line was encased in a concrete foundation. He had my line fixed and water back on in 30 minutes. Wow. Friendly, professional, prompt and just plain awesome. I am so happy with Maui Plumbing! Great job guys!!

We were remodeling our kitchen and needed a plumber immediately. My contractor suggested them and so glad we took his recommendation. Dawn immediately contacted guys that were in our area and within an hour, two guys showed. Before doing any work, they went over what they would need to do and cost. They did a great job, professional and timely, and very nice. We were very pleased and grateful they responded quickly although they had a full day. We then needed a plumber to finish our kitchen sink install after we realized we needed special piping and cutting. A friend suggested a different business that could come out that day. What a mistake. Double billed us and did not go over cost, see bill or anything until after job completed. He was done before we knew he started. The guy who took our info quoted us, so we went with that amount. The plumber had to come back and fix his mistake. Double billed again and didn't tell us we would be billed for anything. For maybe an hour work total on both visits, they charged us 500 dollars. After disputing the double hours billed, we realized that cheaper isn't better with plumbing. Somehow, they get you. Lesson learned. From this point forward, we will happily pay a bit more for communication, professionalism, wonderful work and kindness with Maui Plumbing.

Beware of Maui Plumbing. We had a water heater blowout and we bought a new electric heater at Home Depot whic we brought to our condo. The Maui Plumbing Plumber disconnected the old heater, removed it and installed the new one. This was less that 2 hours work. We got a WHOPPING bill of $645 for this service and we supplied the water heater. I'm not complaining about the service just the price.

I had a simple fix, i needed a new toilet and to have it installed. I don't know anything about plumbing, and i just didn't want to do it myself because i wanted it done right. I call around to several places, these guys sounded okay so i made an appointment for an estimate. He showed up on time, gave me a fair price and made and appointment to do the work around my busy schedule. He got there early, he worked really fast, got it all done, and he went the extra mile by doing that bit extra to make sure the job was done right. So i took his card because if i need a plumber again i am going to call these guys. Professional, fair prices, and fast food work. I do recommend going to these guys.
