Woke up to a heavily leaking water heater! After shutting off the water and minimizing the mess, I went straight to Lowe's for a replacement. Sadly, their sole plumbing specialist was out to lunch, and I was left alone to figure this out. A quick Yelp search for ""Water Heater Installation/Repair"" led me directly to a five star hit for Matthew's plumbing. One no-nonsense phone call and 45 minutes later, Matthew himself appeared and started to get to work! The job was finished within a few hours, and I can continue with life as usual. Thanks Matthew for making this the easiest major appliance repair possible, and I appreciate all the advice on deciding to stick with a traditional tank heater. Matthew will now be on speed dial for any and all of our professional plumbing needs.

Hello Matt,

My review was based on my experience and that alone, it is obvious by your other reviews that you do good work, however you did not hand me an autobiography of yourself so I dint know the structure of your company.

You told me you were going to look to see if you could rent a tool. No problem, You didn't say it would take you a week to do that and should have mentioned that, as most including myself cant wait a week to have plumbing done. I would have said thank you for trying, but I will look elsewhere as I need the job completed sooner. Lastly, I made the call to a local plumbing store and had the answer in 5 minutes. I am not mentioning this as a dig, just that believe a week is unreasonable for one to wait for an estimate, with no mention of that timeline at the time of the meeting.

After reading some of these great reviews I figured how could I lose with Matthews Plumbing so I scheduled a time today for him to come out and address some plumbing issues I was having. He was as good as what his reviews said about him.

In this day and age it seems almost impossible to find a contractor that comes out when they say they will, fix the problem your having, and charge a fair price for their services.

I highly recommend Matthew's Plumbing and will be passing on his contact information to others!

I would highly recommend Matthew's Plumbing. Our experience was great. We had some plumbing repairs that needed to be taken care of at our home and Matt was able to figure out the issues right away. He was able to make the repairs on the same day and everything has worked great ever since. The thing I appreciated most was that he didn't recommend a bunch of things that weren't necessary or overcharge us for something we didn't need. He was able to fix the problems for a very fair price and was straightforward about the cost of the repairs. Matthew is professional, pleasant to talk to and showed up on time which is also very important to me.
