Matthew was very professional and courteous. We had a leak in our master's bathroom shower head and needed fixing with our hot water in the guest bathroom, all upstairs past a carpeted area. We don't wear shoes in the house and absolutely no shoes on the carpeted area. He was the only plumber we've seen (got quotes from a couple others) that asked if he needed to take his shoes off to go upstairs. We normally don't say anything because we are the ones that don't want to be an inconvenience to others, but he showed courtesy and we really appreciated that. He was very efficient and explained what was wrong with everything. Fixed everything in the amount of time he specified and didn't charge for the time alone like another was going to do. Hopefully we won't need any more fixing for awhile but if we do, we'll definitely call Matthew!

I do not write many reviews but I think Matthew's Plumbing is truly deserving. I had a water heater failure during labor day weekend. I researched and found Matthew's Plumbing but he was unavailable until Tuesday morning. He provided a competitive bid over the phone and noted that he was taking the weekend with his family.

I actually appreciated that he was prioritizing his family. He told me what needed to be done until Tuesday so that I did not have a bigger issue. He promptly replaced the unit on Tuesday with the price as quoted. Not much more you can ask. Great service at a great price!

I contacted Matt via yelp and he got back to me in a few hours. So fast! I told him my father's old water heater had died a sad death. He came out the next week and found out not only was the water heater done, it's base was rotted from overflow of water over the years. He and his handyman came out, fixed the base and replace the water heater for a very reasonable price. Bonus points for them talking and hanging out with my Dad while they did the work. He really enjoyed it. We are having the team do more work around the old house. I know I can trust them to do good work and be kind to my father.
