Our bathtub faucet had been leaking for years. Every time we turn on the shower, the faucet would still gush tons of water. Finally, my husband replaced the faucet since we thought that was the only issue. Nope. The hot water inside the handle was busted, too. And then it started to leak hot water all the time. Summer's coming up and the upper floor where the bathroom is was getting super humid and uncomfortable. We called up Matt one day and he came by literally the next day to take a look. Faucet is no longer being made and the issue was bigger than we anticipated. He tried to look for spare parts for the brand we had but they don't make it anymore. He came back the following week and finished everything super quick. You can't even see the cut he made into the tile to replace handle. And he replaced the faucet, too, since the constant stream of hot water basically destroyed it. Super quick and reliable. Such a clean job as well. Thank you for the excellent work!

Last month I called Abdul to get a quote for adding washer hookups/piping since my property did not come with any laundry hookups. Abdul was quick to respond and provided an the most reasonable estimate our of the 4 other plumbers I called. He and his team came in on time and completed the work efficiently, he answered all my questions and provided updates every step of the way. I appreciated how he walked me through the steps of what he needed to do and was patient with all the questions I asked. Had a plumbing issue a week before Thanksgiving (thank you flushable wipes )! Toilets periodically wouldnt flush and water would seep up into the showers.

Contacted the insurance company, and within 24 hours, they sent a plumbing service to take a look. At this time (it was a Friday), the plumber said they could snake it to clear, but would need to do it from the vent on top of roof. They did not have a ladder, so we scheduled this for the following Monday because they were booked Sat and dont work Sunday.

That SAME evening (10PM), the drainage issue is far worse. So I called 24 Hour Plumbers in the area. The first 5 numbers called went to voicemail.

About to give up and call it a night, I figured Id give it one last shot, and to my surprise, Abdul picked up!

We spoke briefly and was at my home first thing in the morning.

Abdul walked me through the process and said snaking it was an ok option, but only temporary and would need to be done frequently.

Abdul then recommended a permanent solution which was placing an escape at an easily attainable area so no further snaking would be required... and said he could do it the next day (Sunday).

After discussing pricing (which was fair) with the wife, we agreed to move forward and Abdul left to come back Sunday.

Abdul called me up a few hours later and said he finished with a job a little earlier, and could recruit some guys to help him get that escape installed that same day!

Abdul and his team showed up, did the dirty job, and had my plumbing working great!

Abdul was awesome! He is kind... honest, and went above and beyond.

We had a plumbing emergency - toilets not working, sinks and showers smelling like sewage - it was awful. We talked to a number of plumbers about it and Matt Plumbing had the most thorough and comprehensive diagnostic of what was going on. They systematically checked each and every fixture to figure out which were good and which were having wastewater issues. It turns out we have a really complicated problem, not a single point of failure, but rather multiple failures throughout the wastewater system of our house - a leaking sink, a leaking shower, a few corroded and collapsing pipes - a horrible mess. Matt Plumbing provided pictures of the problem areas and an explanation of why these areas were issues and what needed to be fixed with them.

In addition, Matt Plumbing found a mistake that one of the other companies had made when the other company was looking at the problem, and they fixed the other company's issue and cleaned up the mess that the other company had made. (They didn't charge me for this either.)

Matt Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations.

Their quote was the best one I got for the comprehensive wastewater fixes, and I was so impressed with their methodical approach to plumbing and all their great five-star reviews here. I am so bummed that because of scheduling issues, I have to work with a different plumbing company for this repair, but the next time I have an issue with plumbing, I'm going to call Matt Plumbing first.
