I usually don't bother to leave the reviews, but this time I needed to do the review. I did two jobs with Matt. One in 5months ago and one in 4 months ago. First, he helped us to change the water heater on the top floor(3rd floor) and did awesome job. I had no single issue until now. Second job was changing the water softener in the basement. That job was also awesome. Super fast, affordable and explains all the details that I need for the maintenance and so on. I will strongly recommend him if you need to do the plumbing job. Matt's Plumbing. Hi everyone!
I would like to recommend this wonderful plumber to this site. I have used him more than a handful of times to repair a number things in my house. I have recommended him to several of my friends. He is amazing- he does a clean job which amazing prices! I used some other folks on Nextdoor but boy were they awful! They had no clue and even ruined the job they were suppose to fix. That's how I came across Matt who repaired the damage that was done by this gentle man named Kumar who claimed he could fix my sink but did not! If you are interested in getting his number please message me and I can pass it on! I have posted some before and after pictures of him repairing a sink at my friends home! He's professional, on time, gets the job fast and with a fair price! I am a picky person and only recommend people that give me outstanding service!

We discovered our water heater started leaking and first called the number on the sticker of the water heater and their next available appointment was 2 days later. We called MATT plumbing next and he was able to come by within 30 minutes of our calling him and installed a valve so we could turn the water on to the rest of the house again. He replaced our water heater the next day as well as replaced an old pressure regulator/valve. Very happy with his quick response, reasonable pricing, and great service.

Needed emergency services at 10:00 PM to retrieve jewelry from a drain pipe. Abdul answered quickly and asked for a photo of the pipe to accurately price the job prior to arrival. He also stated he had a spare pipe ready in case something went wrong. He was here in less than 30 minutes and got the job done in less than 5. He was also kind enough to remove his shoes upon entering my home even before I asked.

We needed to replace our garbage disposal. I requested a quote on a Sunday. Abdul replied right away and asked for a photo of the unit. He arrived on Tuesday morning, replaced the garbage disposal, snaked the line, and was all packed up within the hour. He let us watch as he snaked the line and cleared out years of greasy gunk buildup. Then he showed us how to maintain the unit to ensure that the disposal continues to work and the line remains clear of debris...He joked that he didn't mind ""losing the business"", but I appreciated maintenance tips. Matt is fantastic! Both of our toilets clogged around 10pm on Saturday night. I got panicked and I called Matt. He was able to get to my house within 40 minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue. The blockage was bad so he had to take off the toilet to use the machine to unclog it. The moment I heard water flowing sound in the pipe, that was the most beautiful sound I have heard! The whole process took about an hour and Matt was extremely professional. The price was very reasonable too considering he came out at late Saturday night. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who has plumbing needs!

Matt just finished a repair at my shop. Very down to earth guy. He didn't show that he minded me talking his ear out while doing his work. He walked me through the whole repair to make sure that I fully understood the issue. This was definitely the best customer service that I have experienced and I have dealt with sooo many contractors setting up a business. Matt agreed to come out to help us, same day, when we determined that we had a main line blockage causing back up to all of our toilets and showers. He understood that we were stressed. He gave an estimate on cost and arrival time immediately. He called me when he was running late and gave me an update and apology. He assured me he was still coming. When he arrived ( well after regular business hours) he was smiling, apologetic for being later than expected, and very kind and professional. He followed all Covid safety guidelines too. He got straight to work and was able to fix our issue promptly. He was fabulous! We were so grateful that despite being busy and running late he kept his word!! That means a lot to us. We definitely recommend Matt to anyone that wants trustworthy service, good communication, and honest work!! We would definitely call Matt again.
