If you have other options, use other plumbing company, don't repeat my bad experience with them. I called them because I saw they had good Google reviews, however, this time was a mistake, I received very very poor and disappointing service from Matrix, they not only didn't fix my leaking issue but also took advantage of the Texas winter storm by charging me $350.00 for "checking my pipelines" and then gone and kept calling my tenant and me to collect money as soon as they were "done". When my tenant reached out to me again telling the first floor ceiling was still leaking so I called Matrix plumbing telling them why the leaking issue was still not fixed although you guys told me it was done and collected my money. They said they can fix the bathtub issue but will charge another $500 - $600. I said I've already paid $350.00 and nothing has been fixed, they said sorry these are different issues. Hello?? I called you for the leaking issue, you checked my pipeline instead of fixing the real deal - the bathtub and now you are telling me in order to fix the bathtub leaking, we are going to treat this as a different deal? And I tried to talk to them if they can give me a discount fixing the bathtub issue considering the 350 has been given and nothing has been communicated to me and the issue I called for was never fixed, they told me no. Obviously they don't even care about customer satisfaction at all and only cares about how much we can collect money from you ASAP.

I'm fine losing the $350.00 for nothing but a lesson and I will never ever use this company and will recommend other customers to avoid if possible.

I don't understand why this Matrix company has so many good reviews, if those are paid ones, it makes more sense to me.

Although the circumstance wasn't ideal (2 busted pipes) matrix was a super company to work with. They were clear, professional, thorough and efficient. The plumber was punctual and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend this company. Mona was super nice and flexible to schedule and work with.

We had a hard to locate leak and a hot water heater failure. Jon from Matrix was assigned to our repair and did an excellent job of replacing the water line in the walls, working in some tight places to get the job done and spent a great deal of time getting the job done right and within the estimate. I would recommend Mateix and will use again!

We have a home warranty (Home Warranty of America) on our home. I filed a claim with our home warranty regarding our water heater that was leaking. I specifically noted on the claim when filing it, that it is a Liquid Propane water heater. Our warranty company dispatched Matrix Plumbing. Mary called to schedule our service. She made sure to mention we are out of their coverage area but because it was a warranty claim, they would service us. She said their driver won't mind the alone time on the road. The tech arrived and determined that we need a new water heater. Fine. We had a feeling that was coming as the water heater is 19 years old. He explained everything he would need to do and that our warranty company would be in contact with us regarding any additional fees. He also explained to me what would need to be done if we decide to convert to tankless (which I asked him about). HWA contacted me to let me know they would be assigning a new provider as Matrix does not service Liquid Propane. Matrix should have never agreed to service us to begin with if this is the case, considering the claim stated it is a liquid propane tank. Matrix wasted our time and in the meantime, we still have leaking water heater in our garage. Do NOT use this company if you have Liquid Propane as you will be wasting your time.

All the one star makes soo much sense I wish I could give this company negative stars. We were connected to this crappy company through HWOA to fix our toilet that wasn't flushing the plumber came,he fixed the flushing issue but somehow ended up making it worse by making it leak,2 days after they came AGAIN guy worked for maybe 3 mins said I m done,and after he leave toilet is still leaking when I called them to come relook if they said I have to wait 4 more days since it weekend so now I have to let water run for 4 more days and not to mention lady on the phone was rude as heck was threatening me if I don't pay the fee again they can freeze my account and not help me with anything than hung up. Shitty creepy company.

All positive reviews must be family or friends. They show up for a simple toilet repair but have no gaskets. Then want to come out "special rate after hours" since we work m-F and we had already taken a day off and waited all day for them to show up! This business is a joke. Be warned. It's 5 days later and they still can't find a toilet gasket!

We were connected with Matrix plumbing through our home warranty company. We had a leak in our bathroom and also a leak on our cold water side. Our home was built in 83 so our minds went straight to slab leak . The warranty company would not cover the repair but matrix was willing to work with us any way. The re routed our cold water line into the wall. The technician was great super informative. Gave us a step by step on the process. Really educated us on how plumbing worked and the reasons for the plan of action. They made minimal holes in the sheet rock. If we have any other plumbing needs we will for sure ask to be connected with Matrix Plumbing.

I was referred to this company by my a/c company, there was something going on where the plumbing and A/c lines tie in together, This plumbing company was amazing and worked hand in hand with my a/c company and was able to resolve my issue very fast and for a reasonable price. Needless to say i will be sure to use them for my next plumbing job!!
