I've relied on Matrix Plumbing & Services for three jobs at my house, including a water heater replacement. In every case they were on time, friendly, honest, and did excellent work.

Most recently I had a leak in the main water line into my home. Bruce and Phil came out and did an excellent job of finding the leak and giving me an honest set of options to fix the problem. They fixed the problem and were able to leave everything clean and tidy (which was quite an accomplishment seeing how much dirt they had to dig up).

I highly recommend Matrix Plumbing & Services, and I'll continue to call them for any plumbing help I need in the future.

Called Matrix to clean a clogged kitchen drain. Bruce the plumber arrived on schedule per the time window. Matrix also called me when he was on his way to let me know an exact time of arrival. He cleared and cleaned the drain quickly. Bruce knew what he was doing and he was fast and efficient. And he was careful to clean and disinfect the area where he worked. This was our first time using their services and let me begin by saying I'm overly joyed by their professionalism, and customer service. They were pleasant and worked fast even in this pandemic. Our garbage disposal was broken and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Don't waste your time going some where else. Ask for Phil and Bruce when you call !!

On April 18th, we ask these guys to come to my parent's house. The kitchen sink was leaking. They came right away and fixed it in most costly effective way. Their price was very fair and they communicated with us very nicely. My family and I were very impressed. Now our bathroom is clogged. I will be happy to write them another review if they do a good job again. There are not that many trustworthy plumbers around, so we felt lucky. Thanks Matrix!

We have a chronic problem with our mainline due to a bad remodel job a few years ago. We have a low spot (belly) in the mainline so about once a year, it gets sluggish and we have to have someone come out and clean it out for us. The guy we've been using for the last few years didn't return my calls, so I went on a search for someone new and was told about Matrix Plumbing (by another happy customer). They were on time, they were friendly and they did an excellent job. They offered up some suggestions as to how we might make the problem a little better and we will be looking into it. They were helpful and professional and they left everything so clean you wouldn't know they had even been here. The price was a little high, but we live in the far east county, so that's to be expected with travel time and all. I will use them again and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends.

I had the absolute pleasure of having Ricky (Raccoon) fix a leak in my ceiling pipes.

As others say ""Ricky is a Profession Plumber with a professional and pleasant personality."" I received same day service, I knew right off the bat I was going to receive a professional job.

I highly recommend the company Ricky works for and hope they are as Proud to of him as a we were to have him in our home.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were fantastic!! Ricky and Phil were very professional and knowledgeable. I had a last minute pluming emergency, they came out that day (within a few hours). Sometimes you get lucky ! This was a company we called a year or so ago for some minor repair and they were great. Fortunately I saved their info and when we needed some garbage disposals installed (our home and a rental) they again proved their value. Ricky was on time, professional and very experienced. Got the jobs done quickly and well.
Office staff smart and capable and easily reached. Wonderful company to deal with. As a former real estate broker and long time home owner I've seen my share of poorly run companies; it is a joy to find one that does what needs to be done pleasantly, fairly and perfectly!
